Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The associate, Shawnda,…read morecould not have been more rude or unprofessional. We waited in line for a long time even though the store was empty. When it was finally our turn, she didn't even look at us or say hello. With her back turned, she said, "I'll be with you in a minute." Another employee noticed how slow and dismissive she was and kindly tried to help, but she immediately got defensive and wouldn't let him. She eventually rang up our items, then walked away while the payment was processing. When the screen froze, I asked if it had gone through. She snapped, "It's processing." I said it would have been nice to know that instead of standing there with no communication, and she snapped again, "I can't make it go faster." That's not what I was asking. I just wanted basic courtesy. Her tone and attitude were completely out of line. The other employee then checked and told us the payment hadn't even gone through. At that point I told them to forget it and walked out. I went straight to UPS, where I was helped immediately and treated with respect. The difference in professionalism was night and day. FedEx seriously needs to do better. The fact that I even have to leave a public review because FedEx makes people call to file a complaint is ridiculous. I'm not wasting my time explaining this on the phone. This review is my complaint, and I'll be taking all my business to UPS from now on.

So I clicked Request A Quote and ended up sending the same message to some 10 or so local printers. Some printers got back to me within a matter of minutes #Minuteman. And some... like literally just got back to me like a month after I requested a quote #Monthmen. Like... no joke, this other printer got back to me after I've literally been in possession of Minuteman's actual delivered order for like a week and a half. Francesca, the graphic designer that I corresponded with was awesome. She was not only quick to respond, but was quick to get me a proof by mail #AtNoCharge. After I got back to her telling her that the proof looked good, and ended up adding a few things to the order last minute, she got my whole order to me in less than a business week. This company is fast, efficient, and quality. I will 100% be using them for my printing needs in the future. I need a company that is going to balance my annoying procrastination with lightening speed service that makes it seem like I am not annoyingly procrastinating.

I went here to send a return to an online clothing company, and they showed a list of nearby…read morebusinesses that send UPS packages. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He assisted me in choosing the right box for all of the items, taped it up and placed my label on it. Even with several customers in the store, he was able to assist everyone in a timely fashion. The store was very clean and there was a bottle of hand sanitizer on the counter. If customers were too close to each other, he did ask for them to distance themselves. He seemed to have good rapport with the regulars and even the mail man that came to drop off mail for the PO Boxes inside. There was also an Amazon locker there.
