When I went to the business to further inquire about my refund he was very rude and wouldn't listen to what I had to say. I asked him for the product I paid for and he stated I threw it away! He then said I'm done with this and walked away. So now I'm without a refund and the product I paid for. That's over $100 dollars! I'm highly disappointed with the way the owner treated a paying customer. This was my first time and last time doing business with Custom Printing. They are such a staple in the community.
