Completly unprofessional! This is the sloppiest, slowest and down right disrespetfuel mail store I have ever been in. Stop by to do some quick mailing and good grief- the store is a zoo. Rebecca, is incompetent, clueless and refuses to propertly assist customers that come into the store. This place should be shut down for misuse of federal mail to ensure that packages going out are properly handled. I don't understand why people are complaining about this UPS location. I've read over the reviews, and a couple of people said the place was a zoo with no order. I disagree! I have been in there when it was busy and not so busy. Both times, all the employees have been very respectful and polite to me. I will only go to this location because of the service I receive. I had a wonderful experience at UPS. I walked in to ship a package for a friend and though I was given proper instructions, I was still somewhat confused. I move away from my home before closing and had to take care of all the paperwork at a distance. This requires notary services, copies, scans, etc. I arrived in here and a couple of helpful ladies helped me get on the wifi and were VERY patient with me as I figured it all out. Send items to their email, I sign, scan this and email it back... ok, now lets sign these and notarize this page, this one, oh, this one... etc. She was good at keeping the tally of how much of what! I was to busy working about the numbers on the closing documents. I watched a number of people come in and mail items quickly and efficiently... other's needed help with a bad tracking number and all the while these ladies were smiling and helpful. long story short: after another UPS store refused to notarize a sales agreement for me I went to this store. They had a problem with their computers. the staff went out of there way to inform everyone in line, streamline the queue, maintain safety and get my papers notarized without any problems. You would have never suspected any stress of equipment failure. every one working together, friendly, efficiently and professionally. turned my day around! read more

I just came into this location to pick up a package I had rerouted to be left there for pickup. I came right in the nick of time (6:28pm) as they close at 6:30pm. The girl helping me was super nice, and she worked fast to get my package and help me get out of there (I wanted them to go home!). The other girl behind the counter, however, looked extremely over it as soon as I came in, and she was a bit rude and impolite. She started asking the other girl at the counter quite loudly for the front door key so she could lock it as soon as I got to the counter. It was a little discourteous the way she went about it, and her tone was also a bit pushy. Then, while I was still at the counter waiting for the young lady to come back with my package, this woman came out and started closing the gate around the counter with me standing there (she didn't close it, but started pulling it out). Anyway, I got my package and was out of there right at 6:30, thanks to the young lady helping me! I mean, this store is nothing special in comparison to any other UPS location I've visited. read more

I was desperate and needed some wedding invitation envelopes printed. Heather told me all was good, and to drop them off. Heather also said they knew exactly what they were doing. So, I dropped off my envelopes, and heather called me later that day to tell me they were finished. When I got there they were not only wrong, but the envelopes were crinkled, because she did not know how to feed them into the printer. Also, the font was completely wrong, when after they said they could do it. For anyone needing invitations of any kind printed at this store I encourage you to think twice. read more

I rarely do reviews and have delayed much too long in doing this one. This location provided me amazing customer service and had the LOWEST price for color copies anywhere I looked in the CSRA (at least in August 2017). The team of ladies were calm and professional with many customers all with different needs and timelines. And when I say team - I mean team. I am not sure who the manger was because they all worked so well together and respected each other. I needed programs printed for my husband's military promotion and they did it quick! Even when the quality was off on a few ( I am meticulous for details) they did everything to make it right and did not charge me for doing so. And I needed more the morning of the event and they quickly did them within an hour. I was very impressed and they will always get my business!! read more

The worst experience I have every had mailing anything in my life. Went in with a medium sized painting. My boyfriend had recently shipped on with UPS on Wrightsboro, and had a great experience, so I thought I would give them a shot. Had them package it, as that is what he had done. His went from Augusta to Arizona and cost $20 all together. The woman takes my package into the back with not so much as a hello or comment at all. I wait around for half an hour while she rigs it up. She comes out with an enormous box, nearly twice the size of the painting inside, and about three times as wide. I comment on the size of the packaging she used, as I was quite startled, and she mumbles something about there not being a lot of choice in package sizing- which would have been fine- had she told me that they didn't have something to fit my piece. She weighs it and then tells me my total is $76 and some change. I was flabbergasted. I thought surely there must have been a mistake. I ask how she got to that total. She starts listing prices for boxes, popcorn, tape, etc. There was no way I could possibly spend that much to send a package to Atlanta- it would literally be less expensive to drive there myself. I say okay, I will just pay to have the other tiny package I had with me sent and that I guess I will pay for the massive amount of packaging she put onto my fairly small painting. She then says my order will be nearly $40. Again, aghast I ask how she could have come to that total as the previous clerk told me that my other package would only be $12, when she snidely replies that I must also pay for the 71 copies I made- which I had never had printed. I inform her of such and she looks at the other cashier with doubt before removing the copies from my bill. So basically, she puts my medium sized painting in a humungous box and then tries to tell me it is going to cost around $50 for "all the packaging" and to sent it less than 200 miles away. I paid for my items and left. It was only after I was in my car that I realized she never even gave me a receipt. This place is a massive scam. I am going to report it to the BBB and UPS headquarters, though I doubt anything will be done. SHIPPER BEWARE!!! read more

I've used UPS a million times to send and receive all sorts of things. I went in this UPS store today and was met with an uneducated, incompetent staff of three ladies, who told me they could not ship my package, because it contained parts of a firearm. Legally, the only part of the firearm that is controlled is the receiver (without the receiver, there is no firearm, just pieces of metal). The ladies refused to take my business, and my efforts to explain what they should already know, was met with a repeated "No" from two of them. Because they did not want to think they were wrong, I left to take my business to FedEx. I contacted UPS customer service after I was turned away, while I still sat in the parking lot of this store. The representative I talked to confirmed what I believed to be true. He said UPS can send the parts, but the item would need to be sent by pickup or from a UPS hub IF the receiver was included. I know educating a staff can only stick to the individual's highest level of competence, but they should at least be polite when they don't know how to do their own job. Kudos to the customer service line for listening and understanding your job, and thanks to FedEx, who didn't have a problem shipping my package. read more
