The banner turned out great. We paid for it and thought nothing more of it. Yesterday, I get an email from their bookkeeper wanting payment for the banner. I explained that we paid when we picked up the banner. She said we did not. Thankfully Fr. Matthew Schnabel had asked for a receipt. Something told him something was up in the way they acted toward him. So I sent a copy of the receipt and heard nothing more from the bookkeeper. So I posted an online review just to warn people to be careful to keep their receipts. This morning I get an email from the Account Manager at Quality gaslighting me and telling me I was beating up on a kindly old lady who does their books out of the kindness of her heart. The Account Manager refused to use my title and was just very condescending. So I replied and explained that I would be happy to remove the review if they would just admit their mistake and apologize. I explained that assuming I knew the bookkeeper was a kindly old lady and that I was beating up on her despite it would be like me assuming they treated us this way because we are LGBTQIA+. That's when the crap hit the fan. They refused to apologize and further said they will no longer accept business from us. They are now showing that all this was because we are LGBTQIA and our parish is supportive of the community. I ask that if you have any printing needs, please avoid Quality Printing until they make this right. Thanks!

The FedEx tracking information stated it was left at my mailbox and had a picture of just my mailbox with NO package. I looked and there was no package anywhere, so I contacted FedEx and filed a missing package report. I contacted the shipper who I do a lot of business with, and they sent another package. Three days later I am driving home from town and find a large package leaning against my mailbox delivered by FedEx. This is not the first package that was supposably delivered but the second package that was sent by the shipper to replace it. I pulled up the tracking information and the driver stated, "left package at gated driveway" that is a LIE! I have lived here for over ten years and there has never been a gate or fence to prevent any deliveries to my house. The mailbox is over a hundred yards from my house and can hardly be seen. FedEx has always delivered to my house; this is just pure incompetence on the part of the driver, and they know they can do this because there is no accountability by FedEx. I have contacted the shipper and from this date forward all shipments will be through UPS or USPS and NOT FedEx.
