First time trying out this FedEx location to drop off some Amazon returns and they certainly have one of the best & efficient customer services I've seen among FedEx drop off points I've utilized. The gentleman was professional and greeted me as I walked in. Though there were few customers ahead of me, I was in and out within 5 minutes; quick! The staff knew their jobs well and were efficiently checking customers in and out. Definitely a drop off point I will be utilizing moving forward and highly recommend others to come to this location. Augusta is not a great town for shipping and mailing and I have found USPS to be unreliable. Of the limited alternatives available, this fedex is notable for being open later than most (a lot of them close at 5, which is not great for people who want to ship things but also have a job). It is on the outskirts of town, but nothing in Augusta is a terribly long drive, and it was an easy in and out for me to get something done and actually feel confident that it would be done. The cost is higher than the postal service, but in the event that I'm doing something important it's easily worth it. I'll probably be back for whatever shipping needs I have. read more

I feel like my printer is always running out of ink. Not that I use it much these days after accessing the cost to buy ink. However, FedEx Office Print & Ship Center has been a life saver on several occasions. I've used it to print signage for work, ship items and buy a few last minute items that I didn't want to run to the big box retailers for. I'm assuming the staff is nice. With the way things are setup at FedEx Office Print and Ship Center, you barely have to interact with them to do anything. This place is great. Recently, I had to print some custom invitations for an upcoming baby shower. The woman at the desk helped me with the dimensions and printed a sample on the spot. They had a lot of orders to complete that day, but I was able to pick up my invitations the next day and my order was perfect :) I'd definitely going to this place if you have a project coming up. read more

One female employee has made shipping from this location nearly impossible for my coworkers and I. We are shipping environmental samples (non-hazardous) on wet ice in coolers for a worldwide company 4 days in a row this week. Day 1: First question I asked, she answered as if it took her last breath. I was disappointed immediately. Then, she flat out refused to help us. Instead the actual driver assisted us since he is used to this particular woman causing problems. The driver was absolutely great and helpful and because of him choosing to help us he was running a little late and it was no problem. Day 2: Same woman - very adamant about not helping again. God forbid our account number was incorrect and it took a second to find the right one (yes, our mistake). She didn't have to pee in our cereal for it tho. This goes on... and 2 more days to go! We will probably pick a further location with an unfortunately earlier ship time to avoid this. As a follow up - this same lady refused to use our prefilled out shipping labels and while redoing them unnecessarily she shipped our samples Ground instead of Express therefore screwing us over immensely. Came during late lunch hour--about 12:30--to mail a package. Service was efficient and I was out in under 10 minutes. I would caution people that this location does NOT have a regular mail dropbox in the store or nearby, so you'll still have to take your regular mail somewhere else. read more

Wanted to print something on a large sheet of paper but their email service wouldn't read my attachment for whatever reason (ended up taking this job to Staples and it worked just fine). I tried getting on the computer to retry the attachment and ended up racking up minutes because their outdated browsers took so long to load my emails. Walked in tonight to get 18 pages spiral bound in a booklet. It takes 5 minutes. The CSR working said I'd have to put in an order and I'd have it back in 24 hours. I asked why this was and she told me "because it's Masters Week." She also made a point of telling me they were closing in 12 minutes. I told her this customer service was unacceptable. Masters is not my problem. Document binding takes all of five minutes. She could have done it she just did not want to. read more

I came here to see if they could scan a return label and ship an item for me after I had been to another location that couldn't do that for me. This place is much larger than the previous place I had visited recently. They have printers for copying, computers for use, and several other stations at this location. I was helped by LaMonie. She was very quirky and friendly making small talk about the spelling of my name and that she also had a unique name herself. She wasn't able to scan the return label from my phone just like the other location, but she was able to manually key in the code and retrieve a return label to place onto the package I was shipping back. I told her that I had just come from one of their other locations and they couldn't get it to scan either. She made comments that suggest that they seem to never be able to successfully help customers with their issues. I smiled and laughed!!! I'm glad that I was able to get the package shipped off here because it would have been a hassle to print the label out. I needed a blueprint. Just flew in to Augusta and didn't want to carry it on the plane. They would not do this! The girl said I had to enter an order and pick it up in 2 hours. Went in yesterday morning to make copies. Saw the employee with a line of customers and no other employee anywhere. Thought whatever I'll be quick just make my copies and go, no worries. Oh, life never works that way, lucky me - not. Luckily the qhole time i was the only one using the copy machines. First took forever to figure out the card reader. First copier didn't have a functioning card reader once I figured that out, moved to next machine. Made some copies then had to switch to my CC, no worries. Halfway through paper jam. Was charged for copies I never got bc of jam. I tried to clear myself and still didn't work so moved to next machine. Made more copies and ran out of paper. Employee had a line of at least 5 customers so I took paper from other machine and continued making copies. Stapler ran out of staples, other stapler out - employee had an even longer line. Found another stapler at the fax station. Finished with everything and wanted to get a refund for the copies I was charged for but didn't recieve but the line had at least eight people in it so I left so I could be to my meeting on time. read more

I HATE that this is the only FedEx Office Print in Augusta. Their customer service is very inconsistent (with more bad experiences than good). While ONE employee is extremely helpful (a manager, specifically) and provide immediate assistance, while other employees turn me away. As they are surrounded by not one, but TWO other office supply stores, I happily leave and go straight to Staples (where I'm immediately assisted, helped, and out the door in less than 8 minutes). Any classmates that ask how/where I get my notes printed, I urge them all to use Staples as opposed to FedEx Office Print because of how rude and unreliable this store is. read more
