A great UPS store to help with your shipping/printing needs. --Capacity-- The place can get busy if there or more than 3 customers in the wait area. The owner was extremely kind and accommodating and went ahead and completed my fingerprinting without any issues. She was very professional, welcoming, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We shared a few laughs, which made the experience even better. I truly pray that God continues to bless her and grants her an overflow of business, favor, and success in Jesus' name. I highly recommend her services.

For appointments, they take walk-ins until 4:30pm. They do have an hour lunch break from 12:30-1:30pm. I would email/call ahead, because on weekends, they may do appointments only. Told I could have them picked up at home and he said he would help me. Didn't need help - needed the drop off. His store could call DHL for a pickup but he didn't do that either. Mentioned about label in a pouch (also not true). Then the parting remark from the elderly owner "I can't force you to accept help". That's just it, I didn't need his help, I needed the service that is advert on his door, on the website and DHL website. Get it together !! This resulted in my packages being delayed at least another day. Owner operated stores are hot and miss, but this one is a miss. Best to avoid it.

The employee was the one that brought the incorrect email to my attention. I refused to pay additional for something that was incorrect both times that I went to pick up stationary that should have been ready over 10 days ago. After talking to the manager he stood by his guns. No refund offered no offer to fix the problem. We are talking about 100 pcs of stationary. I will never do business with them and I caution you to do the same. I tried to support a small local business. Bad idea this time. Amazon is cheaper and faster. I am out $170 and I have absolutely nothing to show for it

I visited the FedEx Shipping Center in Augusta, Georgia because I missed a very important package…read more They had friendly staff as soon as I entered through the double doors. My package was actually out for delivery again, so I was told to come back Saturday and the staff assured me that the package would be available on that day. The space is small and during the holiday season or leading up to the holiday season, the area gets kind of packed with individuals missing their packages. However, I don't think much room is needed since the service is very efficient and they get people in and out. Additionally, I used to live up the street from this location and I often utilized their services. On one particular day, I jumped out of my car (an older model vehicle that shall remain nameless) and locked my keys and phone inside while it was running. The staff was soooo helpful! They let me use the phone and let me wait inside until a locksmith arrived to help me out. I won't be in such a rush in the future, but a least I know the folks at the FedEx Shipping Center will have my back.
