The project was done wrong but I had no printed receipt (I had credit card statement showing payment) I accepted the project by paying. Looked at first print and it was wrong so staff person took it back and reprinted and it looked ok, so I left and realized later, on my trip to Michigan, they were wrong.(2 sided orientation upside down) I called and explained what happened and whoever I talked to said they couldn't help, that I should have seen the problem. No apology, no acceptance of responsibility. When I returned I went into the shop and received even worse treatment. I really became angry at the clerk. She was horrible and I dropped an f bomb. I said "you stand there having totally botched a project all you can do is tell me how I fu$&@d up. I apologized. She lied to her manager who was also no help. I wrote to the owner. No help. This whole thing was just terrible service start to finish. I've never blown up at anyone in a business professional setting before. I've worked in Healthcare 40 years and volunteered here in the valley as well, I know how to treat people. This was off the chart poor customer service. My last call was answered, as were our prayers, by Steffan; at McConnel Printing. I had my cards in my hand that VERY SAME DAY! They saved our bacon by doing in less then 8hrs what their "competition" couldn't do in 4 days. Oh and did I mention at half the price? When I asked for it on white, they reluctantly printed another one, but it was just a piece of paper, not an actual adhesive label. Then came the $10.99 roll of tape that looked like something you could buy at the dollar store just so we could tape up a box. The entire experience felt unnecessarily difficult and unfriendly. I have used plenty of UPS Stores and have never had an experience like this. Absolutely the worst UPS Store I have ever been to.

This is the worse post office in the country…read more While I was standing in line, I overheard how they gave someone's expensive $1,000+ professional camera to the wrong person and never even apologized. Just shrugs shoulders. Its like the people who work here hate the people who live here or something. How many post offices have a 100% fail rate. They have not delivered a single package but force people to physically come into the post office and pay them for a PO box. If Fedex and UPS can both deliver to the houses here, why are the post office act like its some impossible task? Packages come in this place and never come out as far as the tracking number is concerned. Unofficially I think the people at this post office are stealing stuff or just giving them to the wrong person. Either way, you are left without what you ordered.
