When I asked for a supervisor, they left me on hold. Finally I looked up the person who the package is addressed to and found she has my package. She too called FedEx to report the problem. Needless to say, tomorrow I will drive to the next town and we will exchange packages. Awful service. I called the general number and 1-800- number. Terrible service.

He greeted me warmly and treated me like a friend--even mentioned I was the first person to show him an Amazon return code through a digital wallet! The staff here consistently deliver excellent customer service, which keeps me coming back. That said, the lines are usually long, and it's rarely a quick in-and-out--I typically wait at least 15 minutes, no matter the time of day. The store is currently undergoing renovations, and the Internet connection is poor, but I still plan to return because the service makes it worth it.

Daymon answered the phone there and told me that this was how they picked it up from the auction house. I told him that I paid $57 for them to wrap the items for shipping, not to just pour them into a box!!! Naturally, as could be expected from this shoddy group of people that call themselves a packing and shipping company, the only building in this lot that was worth anything has its parts, that made it valuable, SMASHED IN SHIPPING. What they consider as packing for shipping is about how most people would prepare to throw the items into the dumpster. They do not care about the customer or the products that are PAID to ship. There is a reason that they are receiving such terrible reviews. AVOID THIS SHIPPING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The company has been in business for over 20 years. They were a few specials on the website...www.ygmailboxes.com. The deal was for a post, mailbox and installation. Spoke to Dianne, the owner, who was very personable, and knew her stuff. It was a matter of days and the truck arrived. Tom and his assistant Wayne got the job done. It wasn't easy to get the previous post out due to a huge amount of concrete. We are very pleased with the results. The house number will be arriving soon. Have no hesitation in hiring this company. I think you will be pleased.

There is a teeeeeeny tiny parking lot that has spots for like, 5 cars so if it's busy you will see people lined up on either side of the street so take note of that. For this reason, I usually hoof it. It's maybe a mile for me but I like the exercise. Sometimes the wait here is long as with any post office, but the workers I've encountered here are generally friendly. They also have some decent cards too if you need a greeting card as well as gift cards from various retailers. My mom loves eBay so this is where I get her GCs since they don't sell eBay ones everywhere. Note they don't process passports at this location - you'll have to go to West Bab or North Bab for that. Though, they do have the application to fill out to save you a bit of time, but wished they were also capable of handling this.

Returning packages just got easier!…read more I stopped by this post office to return a SHEIN dress, and I was so impressed by how quick and convenient it was. They have free oversized pouches for returns (a feature I haven't seen at other locations), which made the process super simple--just drop in the item and have the clerk scan the QR code on your phone. Plus, the lines here are usually much shorter. This is definitely my new go-to spot for SHEIN, Amazon, and other returns.
