This place is very close to my house and we come here on a fairly regular basis. They are a FULL Service store. The do shipping, packing printing, they sell shipping supplies and they even have Notary Services. They also have P.O. Boxes. We have come here for all of the above. They are very friendly and offer prompt efficient service. Sometimes the line can be long, but they take care of it in a jiffy. All with polite and friendly service. Most often we come here because they are a Drop-Off point for Amazon Returns. You walk in and hand them the package and you are good to go. As I said it is very close to my house, like a five minute walk. So you could say that I am a regular here and plan on continuing to be. read more

Place was empty. Was helped by two people. Apparently they send the fax for you since the need to enter a code to fax. They charged $2.65 for a 1 page fax. $2.50 for the page and .15 for confirmation sheet. I had to ask for a cover sheet, then they use that same cover sheet, turn it around so they can print the confirmation. I guess they believe in not killing so many trees or just trying to cut down on their costs. Who knows. read more

I was actually very surprised at the exemplary service that was provided here. It is managed by a family, and they catered to my needs for shipping a package out. He helped me with the pricing as well as box sizes. They even packaged it for me! Typically would not write a review for something like this but was wowed. Came in for a live fingerprint scan for work and the person who helped me out was Idle. He exemplified great customer service and was able to assist with my needs efficiently and effectively. After I was done, he made not one, but two copies of my paperwork - he took into consideration that I may need an extra copy incase of any accidents or misplacement. This shows that Idle truly cares about people who walk through the door. I would highly recommend people to come here if they needed to get their live fingerprint scan :) read more

Some services here they are able to provide right away but other services take weeks which I don't like but the reason I continue coming here is because the quality of work is better than other stores that also do printing. read more

You should apologize and even ask hoping I can give your business another opportunity (as a good business gesture) but no, you're also rude and don't care if you lose a client. I've been in other UPS stores but never been treated in such a bad manner. FYI before waiting my turn, I asked your employee if I should make line because I was not dropping any package, I was just scanning and needed a code. I placed an order through Gap Factory and selected an authorized UPS store to receive it for free. Gap mailed it in 2 different packages to this store. Today, the manager at the store declined to give me the 2nd package since I declined to pay a $5 fee. He was very rude and stated that the package was mailed without a D2R notification and therefore I wasn't authorized to receive package there and I that I had to pay! Wonderful people work here. The man is so nice and helpful! Convenient location next to Walgreens and donuts. They will take good care of your package. Some people dont understand that UPS Store is different from the UPS (delivery). UPS Store is only the people that give the package to the delivery man. Do not use this location the manager is rude and does not know how to talk to people. I went in to drop off 21 packages And he stated he couldn't scan and give me a receipt to just leave them on the floor. And if we had questions to call ups. Out of all the UPS Stores I've tried, these guys are THE BEST! I had trouble with another UPS Store that rejected my shipment, which unbeknownst to me had come on a pallet, without even a courtesy call. Not only did this cost me hundreds of dollars extra, but their whole attitude about it stank like fresh poop. Glad I left and found these guys, because they were very accommodating and had no problem with accepting these shipments. On top of that, I get an email every time I receive a package to my box, another thing the other UPS didn't do.. It's a quaint little UPS Store on the border of Bellflower and Paramount and Downey that offers myriad printing services, fax, mail boxes and notary in addition to being a drop-off location for UPS. It's pretty much the standard of all UPS Stores, but still offers a good chunk of solutions for anyone looking to do something they offer. I've never had a bad experience. The owner appears impersonal, but I believe this to be a cultural difference. I've never had anything but a professional experience with the man. He calmly provided my notary services, explained notary expectations for other services, and took in my extremely big box for UPS pick-up without saying a word about it. He recommended his other services and courteously offered suggestions. He even held the door open when he saw me approaching. read more

I have rented a mailbox here for almost 4 years now. I have to say that these have the be the NICEST most HONEST folks I have ever met. They are always so courteous and professional. Fast and efficient customer service. It took me under 10 minutes to get my passport photo taken. I had no trouble at the federal building with the photo that you provided. They were friendly and very helpful and even confirmed the measurements of the photo so It when I get rejected at the Federal building. Needing to return a pair of baseball cleats to Nike.com, I looked for a UPS store nearby to drop off my package. I located a store here on Yelp! and decided to read a few reviews first. After reading them I was a bit hesitant to use their services due to customer complaints but decided to do so based on location and the time of day. Came in to complete a livescan. There was a line, but it was expected since this is a small store in a shopping center. The owner and worker were very welcoming. The livescan station is off to the side of the store so if there's a line of people with packages, you might be told to wait a minute so they can flush out the rush. The process was super quick after that. Would definitely come to this store if I need to send any important packages out. read more
