I've been coming to this UPS store since I used to ship my xbox back for fixes as a kid. Ilde and his team run the best store anywhere, hands down. The service is polite and professional, and even with the insane business of COVID they've been holding it down and getting things done. I had a claim with UPS for a package that was lost (no fault of the store's) and they kept me updated with regular emails up until the issue was resolved completely. I usually go to the UPS store in Downey, Lynwood or Carson but I passed by this store so I decided to go in. Big mistake! He wanted to charge me more than the other UPS stores I had frequented in the past and when I questioned him about the charges, he told me to go to those stores. I gave the wrong address to my uncle. When they realized they had the incorrect address, they called my uncle, then me and got the right address. Then they put me on 3-way with the driver and convinced them to relabel the package and place it to be delivered the next day. Awesome! read more

Thee worst customer service ever. The owner is extremely impersonal, unempathetic and down right distasteful. I went in there for a live scan and waited nearly 2 hrs to receive service, only to be turned away when I complained calmly of my wait. Mind you the entire time I was standing, not offered seating nor did owner communicate estimated wait time. During wait I witness him be extremely dismissive to customers inquiring about box dimensions, business opportunities, or general information which indicates to me he has no intention on retaining customers. The owner was extremely rude to me. I came into the store to ship a package and the owner was condescending from the start. When I pointed out to him that he was being rude he disregarded it and stated he was just doing his job. When I told him I was no longer interested he threw my envelope instead of putting it in my hand and he stated loudly, "I'm tired of this bullshit!" Waow went in today with my sister to drop off a book rental and the owner of the store told my sister that he couldnt accept her book because it was homewrapped. It was nicely wrapped in shipping paper so their was no way it would unravel. He then told my sister he couldnt accept it because the shipping label would come off and it would get lost. We ship our books like that all the time so we didn't understand. He then thew the book back at her through the table and we left. First and last time we go here. He didnt even make an effort to help us out at least with table. We then went to the UPS store on lakewood and Del amo and they were super nice and helped us out so much. I would also recommend going to "The Happy Mailbox" on paramount and summerset. They are always helpful there as well! read more

We were just about to enter the door and i can already see a smile from the man manning the counter and he immediately welcomed me and my cousin with a greeting. The warm service we received from the said man, whom we later knew as ILDEFONSO is worth mentioning. With just one look at our stuff, he can suggest at once the packaging just right for them and even proposed how we can save to ship it to SFO. He even informed us the day of arrival. The owner is VERY rude and condescending. I went in to ship a portrait drawing for a client and he started arguing with me that the artwork was replaceable because it can be done again and not to mark "irreplaceable" on the package. He then out right refused to let me see the package being packed. I was concerned about it being water proof I just wanted to see it being sealed before I leave. He started lecturing me that I need to trust him as a professional. It's close to my home but I'm never going back to that store. I left feeling really shitty. read more

Terrible store! Tells me they have no regular shipping envelopes to send my papers standard mail. But they just happen to have next day envelopes that would cost me 70 dollars to do so. Hmmmm..... What a coincidence! Maybe you should get your store squared away since your main priority in life is shipping and receiving, maybe just maybe you should have envelopes for everything. Very quick and friendly service. Parking on site. I was in and out with my receipt in under 2 minutes.

I have been 6-10 items per month out of this location for the last 6 months. Today I bring in a box for a return shipment of electronic equipment to the vendor that is not sealed shut. When I ask why the price increased $2 when I start to pay, worker replies owner said to charge $2 to tape box shut. This was a small box that required about 18 inches of packing tape. This is the problem with UPS franchise stores they want to nickle and dime you to death. I walked out with package and stated "I won't ship from this location again". When you are a small business owner every customer counts. You might make a few dollars extra once but I guarantee the customers will remember and not return. read more

It seems to me it's more about quantity than quality of service for them . The manager rang me up didn't even box what I paid for as he was onto the next customer , very rude .
