We visit the Belton/Temple area each Christmas. Which means, Amazon Shopping and the ubiquitous return(s). Every time I've stopped in to drop off a package, I'm met with a smile and a nice greeting. Refuses to ship and 2nd amendment parts. I hadn't been an issue before. Not sure why now

When you send a document 2nd day air, they tell you it is guaranteed to arrive in two days. If there is an urgent need, you don't object to the $50 charge you have to pay for the service. But when your delivery isn't there in two days but takes a detour several states away from the destination and doesn't arrive for 5 days, they tell you that any credit has to come from UPS. A claim is submitted and you hear nothing. You can't call the store and speak to a human. A third trip is made and the store manager says he will email you on Wednesday. No email and no credit. If you contact UPS, you are told you have to deal directly with the store. It's vicious circle and after several weeks I have no hope of seeing my credit for the delivery fail. I can only suggest if you really have to get the document to its destination, try Fedex. I'm sorry I can't give fewer than one star for the lack of service. read more

If I could leave negative stars, I would, and I truly NEVER leave bad reviews on businesses. I've spent $100's in this store shipping over the years for my eBay store and side business. I had to send my wife in this week to ship a single golf club for me. The club was completely wrapped in bubble wrap and included a pre-paid shipping label, and all it needed was a box. I knew she'd have to buy a box (which is already way over priced at $10), but on top of that, they charged my wife $15 just to tape up the box and stick the label on it. I called the store manager to question the pricing, and she basically just told me they always charge to tape boxes, and then proceeded to tell me to take my business elsewhere if I didn't like the cost. ZERO customer service, and ZERO discussion of why on earth two 12 inch pieces of tape cost $15. In the end, my wife paid $25 to ship a $20 item. I will never step foot in this location again. The UPS Store in Temple is cheaper for EVERY single supply they sell (the same box there is $8), or do as a service (they've actually taped boxes for me free of charge multiple times). As suggested by the manager who obviously had zero concern and no desire to be helpful, I will 100% take my business to Temple from now on, and will encourage everyone I know to do the same. I've lived here since 1996, and never had a manager show less concern about their customer. Disappointed is an understatement. read more

This store is pretty helpful but they don't know how to print the images from an email in which the images were attached via the iPhone to the email and apparently they have no understanding of how to crop the email header off the image - or their software really sucks and won't let them do it. I had to pay extra to take my document, fold it over to hide the email info, and then put it in their color copier myself and make a copy. read more

I am in this store two to three times a week and have been going there since it opened. The owner Paul and his staff are fantastic. Carla is always super helpful and always so friendly. If I'm returning something or mailing out items, I can always count on this store to make it happen. Today I was treated and talked to so rudely by a woman named Valerie. She was rude to me before I even told her what I needed. It was not my fault that while I was waiting for her that a crowd started to build behind me. That was her fault. I did not appreciate her trying to rush me or get frustrated with me when all I was doing was dropping off. Let me count the ways this UPS store has messed up my shipments and deliveries and it was not due to Covid or the weather. This is all in one year. 1. Twice shipments have not arrived to my house 2. They lost an expensive microphone ($500) 3. I paid for overnight shipping and my client received it a week later. 4. Shipments arrive completely open 5. I receive notice that it is out for delivery and it never arrives. Then the next morning it gives another date for delivery which is several days later. 6. I track my shipments. This is ALL occurring at the Belton, TX UPS store!!! SHAME ON THEM. I don't even want to give them one star!!! read more

What a horrid experience today - I needed to print out some color copies and the employees that were there were absolutely the worst. It is safe to say I will never return there. I emailed the store asking that the manager call. I won't hold my breath for a call back, they need to know how bad the employees are to customers. About one week ago, we went to the ups store in Belton at 550 pm ( they close at 630). We have 7 boxes that needed shipping. As soon as we walked in with the boxes the staff looked at the clock and said umm it's late we close at 630, we don't know if we can get this all done today. My response was, y'all close at 630, you have over 30 mins to do this. Why can't it be done. They became frustrated and started working on the boxes. I gave them the wrong name for the sender and the staff member became very frustrated and lashed out saying "ok ma'am let's start this all from the beginning" as if she was gonna so bothered for us giving them so much business. Our total was roughly 600 dollars but the customer service was so poor. I'm in the service industry as well. When you say you close at 630, if a client walks in even 5 minutes before, you give them the same attention and treatment as anyone else. We came in 40 mins before and even then we were treated badly. Don't forget, the consumer has many other choices. I will give Fedex my business in the future instead. read more

I have used this store for years, and worked there for a while. Paul's staff is always top notch. Today I went in to mail a 30 odd pound box. My daughter loaded it in the car for me so I called and told the young lady " Laura" that answered the phone that I had a box that I was not supposed to lift as I had just had thyroid cancer surgery and was not supposed to lift anything over 10 pounds. She told me she would come out to my vehicle and get the box for me. When I pulled in she met me in the parking lot and got the large box from my seat, she told me she would process everything for me and bring it back to me. And she did then she took my payment and brought back my receipt. So I did not have to drag my grandbaby out of her carseat and in the store. Laura was so Sweet and Gracious. We've had a PO Box at this UPS store for the past three years. Each time I go into the store I'm greeted like a friend! The employees are very helpful and often will get my mail for me. I have been using The UPS Store here in Belton for almost a year now (as of this writing). The Ladies and Gentlemen that work there are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all the services they offer. Specifically, I needed to use their mailbox service and they set me up quick and hassle free. How the mailbox services works was explained very concisely and it makes receiving packages a breeze.
