Lady in front was dismissive and rude from the jump when I need to ship something back to my wfh company stating that I needed to contact them bc she didn't know if we needed to use the labels or the acct and when I tried to explain I had email instructions to use acct she then stated that the company acct did not support charges and I needed to pay full cost for it which is completely false which was confirmed by wfh company. For the most part this place is great . But customer service is not very clear. So you do spend more time getting things rejected and then they explain the whole process.. took me 45 min to fax 39 pages.. had to ask questions 5x . To get the correct information. Had this been explained from the start this would have gone faster. Tony was amazing. I showed up a few minutes before close and had some very important wills that I needed copied and overnighted to a lawyer. He was sensitive to the situation, very delicate with the copy process, so as not to damage the original 33+ year old wills, and then made sure he wrapped them in a plastic mailer due to inclement weather in the area, to avoid damage. Terrible management. Very questionable business practices. Very concerned about how they do business. FedEx is supposed to be a recognizable brand. But somehow they have lost trust and confidence from me. Who hired these people? What criteria do they use to select the workers in this location? I've got very little to complain about in life. Location: Ideal location right before the Killeen Mall off Central Texas Expressway. It is next to USAA and Verizon. Services: I came here to make copies of important documents. The self serve copiers charges $0.10 per copy for black and white. I didn't want to put my credit card in the machine so I opt on having a employee make copies for me. I later found out after I paid that it cost me $0.13 per copy to have them do it for me. I also mailed important documents here and the employee was very helpful in helping me choose the best delivery method even though it wasn't the cheapest. They sells a variety of things from packing paper, pens, presentation boards, books, etc. I will definitely be back in the near future to make copies again. read more

Im only reviewing this location because this is where I shipped from. I'm a small business owner and make custom furniture pieces to send all over the country and have shipped many large, fragile items through multiple other companies with no issue. However, a table I built from solid Walnut, worth $3000, was destroyed during shipment by FedEx. I spent over $100 on packing materials and spent half a day ensuring the table was protected from any reasonable rough handling. Once it arrived to the customer, it appeared as if it was rolled end over end and dropped off the truck. I filed a claim and was told that I did not pack it correctly. They wouldn't even cover part of the $400 shipping cost. Now I'm out $3000 and owe the customer another table. If you are a small business, avoid at all costs. read more

Having previously never done any actual business with this particular location in person, I must say that I did not appreciate being lied to by the gentleman who answered the phone when redirected to customer service. I had spent the majority of my day yesterday attempting to locate a package that had not updated in the FedEx tracking system for 3 consecutive days. I have heard others, to include FedEx articles, state that it was common for some packages to go upwards of 24 hours without any tracking updates. So there's that, as I was on board with that notion. I am aware that long haul situations occur where no updates are made in real time. However, 3 days felt like a bit too long for a package to go without any updates at all. After attempting to locate the package's current location several times via FedEx's customer relations website and phone number, to no avail, I proceeded to call the shipper of the package (point of origin). Upon speaking with that individual, I was informed that my package was in fact locally making its rounds. After hearing this news, I contacted the FedEx shipment location in question to confirm the truth of the latest news that I had acquired. The gentleman at the location currently being reviewed informed me that the package was in fact locally out for delivery. He also stated that it should arrive by the 8:00 p.m. cutoff. I was ecstatic with this newfound so-called confirmation, so obviously I waited patiently for the next hour or so. Unfortunately, the package has yet to be delivered to me, the status of delivery has been changed to "pending", as it was obviously beyond the assigned delivery window. To top things off, the tracking updated for the first time in over 3 days and indicated that the package was just leaving the Fort Worth FedEx facility at 3:40 this morning (8/28/2020). Interesting how an employee of a FedEx facility would knowingly lie about the whereabouts of a package in which a customer had spent an entire day attempting to track down. I can only hope that, by the grace of God, when the package does finally arrive at this local FedEx facility, someone takes it a bit more seriously and ensures that it finally reach my address and this nightmare can be concluded. An absolutely ridiculous series of unfortunate events that FedEx has subjected me to from the main customer relation center in Memphis to the local FedEx facility currently being reviewed. read more

Called to ask about scanning some documents into email. Was told it would cost .45 per minute to use a computer with a scanner to scan the documents. I went to the store and logged on the computer and begin to create the document file. The scanner was a single page scanner that "warms up" for about a minute for each page scanned! After a messed up scan and then finally scanning two (of my 30) pages I realized that almost ten minutes had passed and i had already owed nearly $5 for two scanned pages that looked awful! How could you charge someone to wait while the scanner "warms up" for every page scanned and then expect people to pay for crappy results. I walked out after paying the $5 for nothing and will not return. read more

This place is well kept up, has everything you need and is in a great location. The only downsides are that it is fairly expensive ($.49 per page to print) and every time I've been in there they only have one employee so it is easy for them to get overwhelmed. I have had overall good experiences until today. I went in to send a package with a pre-paid label. I put my item in the box but it had too much room. So I asked if she would mind just putting in a piece of paper(which they have done for me every other time I have been in for free) and with an attitude she told me no that it was $3.99. I said never mind and just seal it up she then informs me with an even bigger attitude that she can't expect it like that. Ok fine. I paid the $3.99 plus tax for 2 sheets of paper. Not even bubble wrap! If it wasn't for the fact the manager and other workers I have encountered are great I would be giving a lower score because her attitude and unwillingness to help was really off putting. read more

When we got back from a visit to San Antonio, a friend we had stayed with called asking if she had left her keys in my vehicle (which she did). She has an older truck, so this was her only key to start it. My husband decided to swing by this FedEx to see if it was possible to overnight them to her and if not he would just drive them back down. When he arrived at the store, he explained the situation and said that the keys had to be there by Monday. The rep asked my husband what time on Monday they needed to be there, my husband said the time didn't matter as long as they got there by Monday so she could get to work on Tuesday. When they didn't arrive, we looked up the tracking information, which reflected an arrival of Tuesday by 8pm. After spending an hour and a half bouncing between the local store and customer service line, we were told that there were no pick ups on Sundays at the site, so the package didn't even leave the facility until Monday. The customer service rep didn't say anything to my husband about there not being any pick ups that day, when he was in store. We would have just driven the keys back down to S.A. had that been known. The receipt he was given had no information on it about the expected arrival/commitment date. Only general transaction information and a tracking number; however when the customer support line looked at it, they said the guy sent it with an expected arrival of Tuesday. So obviously this incompetent person saw that the package wouldn't arrive until Tuesday and still didn't say anything to my husband. How is that proper customer service? How do you NOT inform your customer that there are no Sunday pick ups, so even a package sent as overnight would not arrive until Tuesday? Especially when the customer states that the package has to be there by Monday. Was making that $23 sale really worth it? read more

Overall great customer service. Everyone always greets you or acknowledges your presence right when you walk in even when they are busy. But there's this young guy in there named DaRell that, honestly, is about the nicest and most helpful person I've ever met. On the other hand, there is this middle-aged guy in there (probably a manager or supervisor) who, while always attentive and helpful as well, has a very Smart Aleck way of talking to customers. I don't think he means any harm though - probably just his attempts at being lighthearted and down-to-Earth; or maybe it's just his normal personality. Either way, he comes across as borderline inappropriate and unprofessional. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only customer that has taken notice of it; however, since it is very subtle, it's hard to tell if it is intentional or just misguided humor. Guess that's why most people (myself included) probably decide to just not rock the boat. read more

Dropped off my diamond ring to be shipped out for maintenance, the package was scanned in and out of the facility and was never seen again. FedEx could not tell me what happened it just never showed up anywhere after dropping it off at this location. Not a reliable or trustworthy location, I would not recommend them if you're shipping anything of value. read more

I've used fedex locations all across the country. This one has above average customer service, and lower than average pricing. Good one to use. Business cards were always done next business day if we needed it, contracts within 2-3 days, flyers within 1 day. Just made it easy to get material quickly. I always order last minute. read more

I've been to this location multiple times in the span of 3 years, typically it's a busy location and service is normally what you expect of a busy site. It's always undermanned, for how busy it can get. Maybe it was an anomaly but my last visit was the absolute worst. I will never use the services offered if I see the man that was "helping" me. I called the location on April 9, 2018 concerning laminating a large item, I was quoted about $23ish dollars per item, and told the clerk receiving the call I would be at the location in a few hours. When I arrived a few hours later there were two associates working. There were only 3 other customers in the door. One in line for the shipping side, one browsing the shipping items, and one on the services side of the store. An older middle-aged, gentleman with glasses, and curly dark hair gave me a very indifferent look. He asked immediately what we wanted. I responded with with lamination of an oversize item. He responds with a dumbfounded look, "You will have to return tomorrow. We don't have the time to get out the lamination." After he says that, I ask him, "What time tomorrow can we return to get this laminated?" He pauses, looking uncomfortable and replies, "11, 11 o'clock is a good time." I don't know who he is, but if he is the face of that FedEx Office, I will never return to the location. I drove towards the Office Max, was serviced after waiting about 5 minutes in line. I ended up paying short of $22 for 2 oversize (24"x36") items. Office Max was a much more pleasant experience and I ended up paying half the price of what I was quoted at FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. read more
