CUSTOMER SERVICE: Over the phone and in person, I received great customer service. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. OVERALL CARE & EFFICIENCY: Overall, I feel like UPS handles their packages with great care. I also feel they are very efficient - generally more efficient then USPS. PRICE: In general, I feel like price-wise UPS is not more expensive then the postal service. Maybe sometimes, but USPS is not always very efficient and sometimes it is expensive to. You get what you pay for with UPS and it is worth it!

After she was finished with those additional measurements she rings up the price that came up to over $100. Not only were we surprised, but the employee that was helping us first even looked surprised. Of course we declined and walked out. After taking it to another UPS store, the charge was just over $30 bucks. We will never go back to the Walnut location. They are obviously trying to take more from a transaction than what it's worth.

This was never corrected. Against better judgment, we decided to try and send another package via UPS, but decided we would go into an actual UPS store. So we went into the location on West Sunset in Springdale, AR. A very nice young man helped us box up the package and told us it would be there by 12/26. Well, today is the 27th and I can't even track it. When I try, all I can see is that UPS doesn't even HAVE THE PACKAGE! How can they not have it when I was inside the UPS store? When I got there I discovered they do not have a contract with Fedex to pick up so there was a fee to have it picked up. No thanks. It has already been enough hassle to try to return this. I guess it can wait until I go to a place that doesn't charge for having a package sit in their place until Fedex stops. This was not communicated and I was overcharge $100 to ship the package. When I tried to talk to them they berated me and told it was my fault that they added dimensions/that I didn't know my packages original dimensions, and aparently that it is procedure for them to ALWAYS add 2-3 dimensions. So don't go here as the local owner is SCAMMING everyone by having employees add dimensions and then berating you for TRUSTING the employee to correctly measure and charge. Was also rushed out of the store even though it was 5 minutes before close.
