So we went into the location on West Sunset in Springdale, AR. A very nice young man helped us box up the package and told us it would be there by 12/26. Well, today is the 27th and I can't even track it. When I try, all I can see is that UPS doesn't even HAVE THE PACKAGE! How can they not have it when I was inside the UPS store? When I got there I discovered they do not have a contract with Fedex to pick up so there was a fee to have it picked up. No thanks. It has already been enough hassle to try to return this. So don't go here as the local owner is SCAMMING everyone by having employees add dimensions and then berating you for TRUSTING the employee to correctly measure and charge.
