I am new to NW Arkansas, so I needed a new shop for boot repair. Based on several positive reviews, I took in my 10+ year old Justin Bay Apache Ropers, which I have had resoled several times, to have them resoled and re-heeled. I was told it would be no problem and was given a 2 1/2 week turn around time. 3 weeks later when I had heard nothing I went back to the shop to check on my boots. I was told that they couldn't resole my boots because "you can't glue that type of boot, you have to stitch it, and we are getting away from that type of repair." Um, what? If you are looking for expert boot repair, I suggest you try somewhere different. Highly disappointing. read more

Really poor customer service. They don't answer the phone and the owner takes vacations in the middle of repairing shoes. I dropped off a pair of shoes to be repaired and almost three weeks later nothing had been done to them. I won't be coming here for shoe repair again. read more

Great family owned business. Love the fact of this group if you're from California to Northwest Arkansas. Looks like they're going to have a great selection of boots. I took 2 pair of shoes in to be polished and cleaned. I was told it would be about 10 days before they would be ready. Two weeks have passed and I still have not heard back from them telling me that they were ready. If you call there, good luck...I can never get them to answer the phone. read more

I agree with Susan below, be patient. I'm not sure, but I think you might not want to bring your roughed up shoes or leather goods for a 24-36 hour quick repair, as he takes time and is super busy, and boy is it worth it. In the 40+ years I have been using cobblers for shoes, handbags, belt and boots repairs I have not seen this high level of quality craftsmanship. I have experienced and paid for good quality work, but the quality of the repairs he did on my leather sandals and leather and suede loafers was worth every minute of wait - and the polish, wo. I had to drive from Springdale to Rogers to check on my shoes as the communications side of the business needs improvement, maybe a text program that keeps you up to date. I'm guessing Aaron's not doing that part of the business as his work quality and attention to detail is 50 star quality. My son was also able to pick up a pair of house shoes while we were there which was a time saver. Thank you for continuing this business so I have a place to bring my leather goods for repair. I am very pleased with the quality of work and am preparing another bag to take him so he can take his time and work his magic. read more
