Counter person charged me $11.18 for a "Laptop box" which was actually just a normal weight 17x17x8" box. (I was shipping a vinyl hanging bag with clothing). I was charged $2.85 for "pack materials" (108" of box tape) and $2.57 for "pack service" (he unfolded and taped the box; I put the bag in the box). I questioned the materials and service charges and the response was to basically ignore me. Next time, I will drive the extra few miles to the Scottsville Rd. location. Pretty easy to understand why its rating is so much higher than Campbell Ln! Based on the response from the business, I am even more confident in my rating of one star.
