I called him with questions about…read moremy iPhone and he referred me to Tech Connection on Scottsville Road, since it's in Bowling Green rather than me having to drive all the way to Glasgow. I knew Sean would not refer me to someone who didn't trust and both times I've been in there. They have been courteous, efficient, and helpful. The first time, I was looking at almost $100 for a new cell phone battery, but they cleaned the port and worked on the phone a little to try and carry me over since I wasn't able to afford that at that time. Fast forward six weeks and I was still limping along with the phone although it did need the battery. I took it in today and they replaced it while I waited. I noticed they had a very steady stream of customers in and out. Jose waited on me the first time and Nino waited on me this time. Both of them are knowledgeable, friendly, and have very good interpersonal skills, I especially noticed today that Nino was dealing with a challenging customer who had limited English, and although I didn't know the entire story, he was firm but very polite with the gentleman the entire time. They also cleaned my phone up and made sure it was shiny and the port was clean when I got it back.
