I must compliment the owner Marva and how well she trains all her staff...those young guys sure have great manners!!! They also offer Live Scan and notary services which is a plus! Staff is quick, efficient, polite, and will work hard to provide the best shipping price for you. I haven't seen as good of customer service as I have with the group of people working here. This is my preferred and pretty much closest UPS store to me and I absolutely give this place 5 stars for excellent customer service. I drop off packages here weekly and it is always a pleasant experience with pretty much everyone there. They have helped me buy appropriate boxes, offered to pack my items, and always get me in and out quickly. The place also usually does not have too many customers waiting so they are efficient and overall anyone can come in and out very fast. I am greeted every time I come in and they are all very pleasant and extremely helpful with everything I have thrown at them so far. It kind of disappoints me that another reviewer gave them a negative review for the place giving them a hard time with USPS packages - Its a UPS store after all and the nearest USPS is not even that far as I go there every time after. read more

Made an appointment for live scanning and it was quick and easy. It was a little busy when I was there but Ross handled everything well. I would recommend this location for live scanning since many so not take appointments on Saturdays. Thanks for the quick and great service. read more

My business requires that I have a receipt with the weights of each packaged listed individually on them. The gentleman that helped me with my packages told me he won't be able to do that because of the thousands of packages they get a day. I find it hard to believe that my three packages really slow them down. I have always had problems at this location, I feel the people that work here really don't want to be here. I will most likely take my business to the store down on imperial and Kramer for any future services. read more

Marva and her team were great last week 2 days before Xmas! Just needed to send out a fax, since my fax wasn't working. They had a line, but ensured everyone would be assisted quickly, they did everything they could to help everyone with their packages and find the best rates and quickest services available for each customer. This team is professional and kind, focused on the customer and trying to ensure the most efficient assistance and answers for each person! This was such a great team and experience, especially considering only a few weeks ago I had a horrible experience at the other UPS store in Brea. I take all of my business to this store because of how professional each of the employees acts with each and every customer. this review is not about the brea local ups franchised store but, about the corporation. pleases read and beware. i recently shipped a package from the brea store. now this package had been sent to me via ups from my mother who is now deceased. i received this package in excellent shape and at a later date shipped it (unopened) to my sister in texas. she received it and all of the contents were broken (all fine heirloom fine china) i had insured it through the ups program. when i tried to make a claim i was told that i would have to prove its value or no claim would be paid. corporate had already told the local ups store it had no intention of paying the claim but would go through the motions with me because it wasn't packaged properly. remember, i had received it undamaged from my mother shipped by her via ups. i insured the package for $500 and was charged the appropriate fee for $500 worth of insurance. considering they charged for the insurance the least they could do was refund me shipping and insurance cost. after all, i now have a box of broken china. use usps (united states postal service) instead. please don't open yourself up to this kind of treatment from ups. they have proven themselves to be unreliable, liars and very customer combative and unfreindly. read more
