Was looking for a place to mail out a return item and two gifts three days ago, and was assisted by RJ who was very efficient, polite, calm, professional, and helpful with how to best mail out my packages most cost-efficiently. Since they service UPS, DHL and USPS, I didn't have to make another trip to the post office (though there is one nearby) and bother waiting in line. Would definitely come here again. Tip: If you send anything via basic postal service here, there won't be a tracking number. read more

I was so disappointed in this store today. The lady who works there is always rude but today was horrible. I needed to make a return to amazon and have a broken printer. I went there asking for help. She talked a mile a minute and basically said figure it out yourself. I'm not extremely good with electronics but can usually find my way around. She wouldn't even look at what was pulled up on my phone. She told me to use their computer and when I asked for help with that again I got none. I then told her it would be nice if she helped her customers. She told me she was and walked away. Oh BTW. The men who work there are usually very helpful but today not so much. Had a decent experience shipping but the young guys who work here have got some serious attitude/anger vibes the last couple times I've come in. Guy with glasses and scruffy beard and the guy with the small afro in particular. Maybe they don't like working together, or something is off in the work environment, but they should learn to keep that out of their interactions with customers. Glasses dude angrily accused me of "wasting" his tape, when another employee had given it to me to tape a box that was ripped. They then patronized me about the shipping label having a sticky back and somehow that would have secured the box, so I wouldn't "waste their supplies". Wow - what a couple pricks. The other young man mentioned huffed his breath and rolled his eyes when I asked if he could estimate what a smaller box would cost for shipping, wouldn't take five seconds to figure it out so another guy came out from back to help and quickly estimated it. The kid kept having seething anger so I asked him if he was okay or if he was angry, and he curtly told me "NOPE". The guy in glasses was viewing him with quite the look, so my guess is they hate each other. Word of advice, if you hate your job, find a way to love it or get a new one. You'll be happier, and it'll have less of a chance of impacting relationships with customers. I just trying to get in and out, and have a nice interaction with people is my goal. Needed a notary and the UPS store owner was very helpful. Not only did she notarize my document, but she also recommended a nearby FedEx that has mail going out until 7pm. UPS mail had already been picked up and she knew my documents had to go out today. read more

I want to revise my review. After posting my earlier review, the store owner/manager contacted me and apologized. She told the store had special holiday hours, had a sign posted on the front door with these hours, and had updated the UPS website with the special holiday hours. I honestly never saw any sign. And I relied on Yelp and Google which showed regular hours and not the special holiday hours. I walked into a very clean & organized store front with 3 employees. ALL 3 greeted me immediately & were ready to serve me. That kind of Customer Service is a blessing! After I made my 1 copy, I realized I had no cash. I advised the gentleman who appeared to be in charge of my situation & handed him my debt card. He replied with, you can pay us on your next visit. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. The manager is unable to answer simple questions with logical answers. She constantly gave me BS answers and continued to interrupt me. She refused to let me talk and continued to talk over me. I went into this store, which I have gone into MULTIPLE times for the same thing. I sell clothing on Poshmark. Poshmark gives USPS labels, so I understand that UPS is unable to scan them and that was NOT what I was asking them to do, USPS comes and picks up from this store DAILY, but the worker and manager refused to take my package because they could not scan. I never asked them to scan the package, yet that was their only argument. UPS gets daily pick ups by USPS, which is when USPS comes and picks up their packages that had been left at the UPS store. They told me that they could not take my package because it was UPS, but when I called and asked after I had left they said that yes USPS does in fact come and pick up packages daily. So, my question to the manager was: Why is it that you say you do not accept USPS packages, yet USPS comes DAILY? This does not make any sense and her only response was "we don't scan them here". Yeah, I KNOW, but what you can do is take my packages for USPS to pick it up as they do DAILY for them to scan. Do not go here. Workers are incompetent and are lazy because clearly they just did not want to deal with my package even though all they had to do was throw it in a pile. read more

Wow! This store is the best! I took my friend in to their store to have something notarized. Because it was a document for the Veterans administration, the very nice women said it was at NO Cost! My friend is 83 years young and he was really impressed with her and the business. When she said, Thank You for your service , he just glowed. What they did was beyond a Thank You. We have a mailbox here. There was a computer problem and then a mix-up with them forgetting to put our name on the mailbox in the beginning (so it looked vacant) and our key didn't work because of that. But they fixed it and apologized the moment they were made aware of it. Other than that, our experience has been good here. The employees are always friendly and fast. I like that they have the latest mail pick-up in the area. It's at 4 pm (while the other UPS Store will be early in the day like 11-12). So if you bring both your mail and UPS packages in by 4 pm, you know they will both go out that day (UPS picks up at 5pm). Nice :) read more

I was able to test a cover page on different types of quality paper to decided what kind I wanted for my printing. I will most definitely come here for all my printing and binding needs. These folks are so friendly! Customer service is above and beyond. And on top of that their prices are better than big box store options. I have used this location for several occasions: getting paperwork notarized, sending parcels, and most recently, making color photocopies. They are consistently friendly, cheerful, and willing to help me! I thought it would be cheaper to get photocopies at a big box store like staples but I was wrong. After waiting in line for almost an hour at staples I was told I would be charged a service fee for wanting my copies right away. I went to the UPS store instead. The copies were 10cents a piece cheaper to begin with, the guy helped me figure out the machine, and I walked out with my copies done in 10 min! Did I mention no service charge? Just a smile, and a "that's what I'm here for!" Thank you! Thank you UPS guy! You made our day! read more
