I have been to a lot of UPS stores in the past but nothing can beat this one. This review is based on multiple times that I have been here. I had come to ship some time sensitive documents going to immigration. The service was excellent, workers are very polite and customer friendly and sometimes go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. They showed me all my options for next day service and my documents got there right on time. The other time I was here I wanted to ship a PS4 to Atlanta but I didn't have any box or packaging with me, but they assured they will take care of it since it was a fragile item. I had asked the receiver to send me pictures of the package and the item once it gets delivered and when he did I was surprised how amazingly the packaging had been done. This UPS Store is shady and untrustworthy. They charge a $20 fee just to use their address for package pickup, even though they're listed as an official UPS pickup location. When Apple shipped my iPhone here, they told me I had to pay the $20 fee. I refused and asked them to return it to the sender. After they realized it was an iPhone, the package mysteriously disappeared and was never returned, according to the tracking number. I later read other reviews with similar complaints, especially about valuable shipments going missing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. These people are crooks, and you risk losing your package entirely. They also charge 5$ to print out a shipping label, which is just one sheet of regular copy paper. read more

Terrible UPS service and scam. I went to pick up a package that was delivered within the five days pick-up policies. They told me that I had to pick up at the spot. If I wanted to a few days to extend, I needed to pay extra. They even told me this applies to all UPS stores. When I asked if I can pay extra, they denied the service. I have my shipment delivered to several UPS stores and that never occurred! I just called their customer service, and they told me this policy is not true. They can hold our package for five days without charge. Seven day for special customers. They are investigating it now. The sad part is one of my items is still being delivered there and I need to call the ups customer service to tell them to hold my item till end of the day and for seven extra days. I will never order my items to this place again due to ill manner and scamming services! I hope UPS customer service do a thorough investigation on this site so that this site will follow their policy in the future! read more

I was happy when this store first opened because it's convenient to where I need to go, but what a let down. They barely speak English I can't understand them, and each of the three times I've been here they try and charge me a different price - much higher than I pay at the former UPS store I went to. Last time o complained and he only charge me $4 more so I said ok because it wasn't worth going all the way back to the other store. Now he tried to charge me $14 more. Ridiculous. read more

What an absolutely terrible place. There's no parking and after finally finding a spot and walking a block with my 5 boxes they say they're full and can't accept drop offs. Horrible. Workers are incompetent and not "customer friendly". To drop off a already prepaid UPS package, I had to wait in line for a few minutes for a worker who was clearly not doing anything but was on his phone, until I asked him if I can just drop something off. If I had not asked, I'm sure I would've waited a day or more for them to scan the UPS package and give me a receipt. Either their scale is rigged or the store has its own gravitational field. My package to Texas was weighed and billed here at 9.5 pounds. The exact same contents shipped back through FedEx in Texas weighed and billed at 6.6 pounds. Clerk also refused to void the unused shipping label (we went with FedEx) and refund what I paid for it, which directly contradicts UPS global policy. He said "if i refund you, you could still go home and use the label to ship something." Yes, because I have nothing better to do than spend an hour to drive to UPS, try to rip UPS off for $25, drive back, and ship out the package anyway Pro tip: when you assume, without any evidence, that your customers are bad people going around doing bad things, your customers will not come back. read more

I went there today to drop off a return package. The employee was helping a customer. I asked him for a tape to seal the box. He said to wait. Even after the payment and everything was done the customer was still asking endless questions. She was concerned about her mail to be delivered by next day. The employee was politely answering. By the time it's been almost 5 minutes. I asked again, and he gave me a look and said wait. Then they started talking in asian language. After 10 minutes since I walked into the store I lost my patience and told him look I'm just here to drop the package it's going to take 1 minute. Can you take care of me? In a reply he said can't you see I'm helping a customer? I told him I've been waiting here for 10 minutes, and her transaction and everything was done almost 8 minutes ago, if you still want to answer her endless questions or whatever you two are talking about, tell me what should I do? He said and I quote "don't come here, drop your return somewhere else." He sure didn't want a customer who's not paying. I understand and respect the people's work in retail stores. They go through a lot. But tell a customer go to another store because he politely waited and asked 3 times? That's one star service right there. Best of luck with your business. read more

This is the worst UPS location I have ever been to. I had a prepaid UPS label that I forgot to print at home, they said it's 3.49 to print it in store. To print one piece of paper it would cost me 3.49. The cashier wasn't even friendly. He was looking at his phone the whole time. These guys are the absolute worst. I go here very frequently due to many shippings and returns to Amazon. One instance, the employees did not say a single word at me. No greeting, no questions, no good byes, if I needed anything else, etc. He didn't even respond to anything I said and questioned! In another instance, few package arrived to the receiver broken. I thought that maybe the truck driver was throwing stuff around. That's usually what happens. NO! Next few times I observed how they treated my boxes once I left them and they were literally throwing them around!!! If so, THEN CATCH THEM! They were dropping the boxes and LAUGHING to each other! This is NOT how you treat the packages, especially when PAID MUCH MORE THAN USPS!!! THERE WAS A REASON TO USE UPS! Today was the last draw. The employee was measuring the weight of the boxes one at a time then he SLID the box to the FLOOR! That's like 3 feet drop!!! This was at one time by favorite go to UPS store in the neighborhood. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The last two visits were a nightmare: In August, I went there to ship a baby gift in a small package. Besides the guy being extremely rude (apparently, I came in while he was arguing with a co-worker - not cool), I was overcharged for signature guaranteed (and no signature on the other end was ever obtained). I went by again tonight at 4:58 PM to do an Amazon drop off and the door was locked -- three guys were in there and all 3 just gestured me to get lost. Well, I will, permanently from this location. Came here on a monthly basis for shipment we need to fulfill and this was the closest location. I would sometimes drive a few more miles to the next closest location to avoid this area. We had to ship large size boxes each time and was told they only accept up to 4 of these regular large size Lowes boxes each day per customer forcing us to drive to the next nearest location just to mail them. Perhaps these were not making them money since they were prepaid, whatever the case may be. The tipping point was when one our my boxes were left untape in one corner. This require literally 4 inches of packing tape to cover it up which i don't have with us. I asked them nicely if they can put a piece of tape on it. The nice Filipino clerk who was scanning my boxes in was ready and willing to help a brother out until the owner or supervisor walked over and told the clerk to hold off putting the tape and took the tape out of his hands. The supervisor said he can put tape on the box for a Dollar. I said i dont need much just tiny piece of tape, can you be kind enough to help. He shock his head and said NO and suggested I buy one of his tape off the rack for 4 bucks. I had no choice but to buy a whole tape. I would never go back to this place ever again. This place was all about making that extra dollar never an act of kindess or frequent customers. Drive a few blocks up to bell blvd or go to main street. There are now a few UPS store there willing to take your business. read more

Are you freaking serious? Brought a package here to return to amazon and they charged me to borrow their tape. I shipped two boxes that were double-wall boxes and well taped, and both of them were completely damaged by the time I received them. The whole box was falling apart and all the items inside the box were completely damaged. When I tried to call the store, they refused to claim any responsibility and refused to process the refund and damage claim. It was TERRIBLE customer service talking to their staff. Called main UPS and was told i can have the package shipped to a ups store at no charge. called the ups store in the afternoon to let them know what time i would come by and was told there was a fee of $6 to accept the package and for me to pick it up. i said fine. when i got to the store, the price went to $10. i said whats going on, ive been told three different things. the owner of the store said no one here would tell you that its $6, the price is $10. i said forget it, just send it back then. the owner said next time dont ship things here! rude, dishonest, and lack of communication. i filed a complaint with corporate. will never use the store again!! read more

I'm very disappointed to this "UPS store" since it's called "UPS store". It should be authorized by UPS. However, I have six middles size package and not over 6 pounds each. The service guy has an attitude and told me they only can accept THREE. Or I have to go to Maspeth center to drop them. Coz they don't get money from UPS!RIDICULOUS!!!
