Quite possibly the worst UPS store I've ever been to. The owner won't employ enough staff. The employees work as fast as they can, but you'll often end up waiting 10+ minutes Store hours change all the time with no warning. The hours on Google are often inaccurate and no one picks up when you call the store. Even worse, they frequently close during hours they're supposedly open. There's no warning or notification posted anywhere, you just find out when you show up with heavy packages and see a dark store. I've complained to UPS corporate multiple times and have never heard back. The owner clearly doesn't care about reliability, customer service, or the employees. UPS should shut down this location. read more

The line was very long today. Usually Its only crowded like this during Christmas time. I think they are understaffed because the times they are open have been cut. They are open from 9am to 5pm Monday - Thursday. Closed on Saturday. Open 9am to 5 pm on Sunday. I come to this location because there is a parking lot. read more

The line was long when I went in (during peak business hours ) and everyone completed what they came in to do within 15 minutes. It's extremely professional and the people who work there get things done. Inside they also have a bunch of office supplies for reasonable prices. They were open at 8:30 am when I went in. read more

Got to the store this morning at about 9:05 and was out at 9:30. This despite there being only one worker on site the entire time. The worker was courteous well informed and professional. Would definitely patronize this UPS store again. read more

If you love your packages going missing. this is the place for you! i went to return my package. handed it to the-worker with the bald head and beard. a month goes by my package has no tracking number and amazon dose not want to give me a refund. at first i contacted the store manager. who is EXTREMELY in over his head...and not good at costumer relations. being absolutely rude to me. telling me to email and call back at certain times to talk. and ends up either not answering the calls or not answering the emails. it is now close to 2 months. and all i asked for was them to reach out to amazon and agree that the package was missing so i could get a refund!!! please avoid this place!! i NEVER leave reviews but i absolutely needed to, so i could save anyone else who's not in the mood to have their package misplaced. and run around in a circle for MONTHS with no answers. read more

Couldn't wait my customary period before posting. Note - the customer service area of this location is rather small. I was taken aback after observing a completely unmasked customer in the store for at minimum 30mins but was told by other patrons who arrived before me, she was there about an hour. Whatever her issue, it took a long time to resolve, which happens... but to not enforce the mask mandate which is posted on the door for such an extended period of time is dangerous and blatant disregard for human health at a time when Covid-19 is rampant. The customer finally went outside after I made a point (not too loudly but enough for her to hear) of asking the representative why she was allowed to be in the store without a mask. His response was unequivocally indifferent, "I don't know". Shame on the staff at this location. read more

I had visited when there was a bit of crowd. The workers were able to efficiently work through each person in line and quickly take care of my shipping need. I would certainly rely on here to ship my packages again. I'd be curious to see if it's always as busy as the day I was there, though. read more

Store schedule says they're open until 5 on Thursdays during COVID. I called their number, I checked the website. Nothing said they close earlier. I walked 25 minutes (each way) to drop off a package and they didn't let me in. They have a sign taped up on the window saying that they let their last customer in at 4:30. Deceitful. Really nasty move. They have a sign saying that it's "proudly owned and operated by a member of your community." Don't know what you're proud of buddy. You guys are jerks. You were able to update your phone system recently to let people know the new Covid hours but didn't bother letting people know it actually closed 30 minutes before?! I had to walk all the way here to find out. read more

I went to the UPS Store on 1623 faltbush AVE. to drop 3 packages. left the store when cops came because the manager call the cops. I never been more humiliated in my life. Manager Patrick Marbury was very rude and seems to be on a power trip. I paid for service and he never returned my money. I only post reviews if I receive horrible service or exceptional service and I have to say I received horrible service today at this UPS store location! I called yesterday to make sure that my printing needs would be accommodated with no problem. I was assured that my needs would be met and that they had the labels i needed, but it was the total opposite situation when I came in today. I spoke to two people and asked if they had the printing labels I needed for products. I need these labels for a small Black owned businesses trying to survive in these challenging times. I was greeted with a bad attitude and indifference to the importance and urgency of my needs. I am very frustrated and angry that I was treated so poorly. With Covid, lines are long so expect a wait but they are being really good about social distancing. Folks try to cram inside by the door but someone will usually come by and remind folks to stand on the designated circles or wait outside. I really appreciate that. read more

We used UPS store first time, and it was easy and fast. Store location in the shopping mall is convenient: I've got free parking spot just in front of the store. We had to return pretty long (close to 8 feet) rug. Store worker Devin was friendly, helpful, and patient professional. Clean store, friendly staff, and convenient earlier weekend hours for those of us who prefer to get things done before the crowds. What I found most helpful was that the team here coordinated my complex shipment with me prior to my arrival (all via email), so I know for sure that everything was ready when I arrived. I had the unpleasant experience of having to visit this store to collect a package that was left at this store after an unsuccessful delivery attempt. The staff at the front were ok and treated customers respectfully, based on my observations that day. Unfortunately I had to deal with the Manager, Lalsha Moise, who was the most crass, crude and unprofessional person I have ever encountered. My package which was left at the store could not be located and I was told they will do a search and call me to give me an update. The Manager never called and when I followed up the following morning, Ms. Moise proceeded to call me a liar when I told her a UPS customer service rep told me the package was delivered there, raised her voice when I asked for a solution and hung up the phone on me when I asked for her full name. I am quite flabbergasted that a Manager could treat a customer with such little regard, when UPS is the one that lost my package! I will be writing a formal letter of complaint to the corporate offices, because there is no way I will allow this level of treatment to be ignored. I still have no solution to my lost package and I refuse to deal directly with Ms. Moise and her lack of customer service training. Needless to say, I will never use UPS ever again and I will ensure none of my family or friends use this Courier service in the future. Negative zero stars if that was an option! read more

This review is very long overdue. About a year ago I purchased a very large, heavy rug which I needed to return. When I got to the UPS store I needed help moving the rug from the car into the store. The manager Delasia was very helpful, she assisted me in getting my giant, heavy package inside and assured me that it was wrapped properly and my return would make it back safely to the company.
