Exterior Located on the busy, congested little strip of road called the Altama Connector. They're in a strip mall and parking lot is tight with only a few narrow parking spaces. I'm not sure how the landlord / tenants deal with it in this day and ae of big trucks, SUVs and mini vans. Lol. Interior Tiny like most UPS stores. Price / Value Insanely high - like most UPS stores. Lol. No stars deducted. Customer Service Is that a home run?!! Yep! They knocked it outta the park!!! I'd driven up here and after glancing at the long lines, left without going inside on 3 different occasions. Not because I'm an impatient nut, but because as per usual, I'm operating on the whims of others - so I had to be back at ye olde homestead to meet with yet another contractor. Today - I had an hour before I needed to be back in Darien so I ventured in, ready to wait. I had a book queued up on my phone to help reduce my crowd-induced anxiety. There were about 11 people ahead of me and 3 people ventured in right after me. After standing in line for less than 60 seconds, a young, blonde guy (sorry didn't get his name) came from behind the counter and said, 'Ok - who has labeled items and is just dropping off?' I explained that I didn't have labels, just QRC's and he amended his statement. He then used his handheld to take care of me and 4 other individuals. It's little stuff like this that makes my heart sing. I've been inside stores where there are 3 folks working and one person will be chilling and just looking at their phones, while 2 employees take care of customers - and the line is out the door - with customers standing there waiting and wondering how long it's gonna take. I love an employee who believes in efficiency and knows how to be proactive. Overall Keep up the good work. read more

They lost my notarized documents and left me in a breach of contract since the documents were never received. It never left the store according to the tracking number. I paid quite a bit to have them sent. According to them, the blame was anyone but them and nothing was offered to help. I will say I never had any issues with this store until now. There are different, younger employees that don't seem to be as trained or professional as the previous. I find this situation to be quite disappointing and inconvenient, and it reflects poorly on my professional image with clients. read more

Oh, dear. What a dirty, messy, ick of a store. Brunswick, Georgia on Altama Connector. Dropped off equipment return with a return code. That seemed to go quickly, but after reading other reviews, I'm skeptical the item will arrive intact and on time. No smiles, no friendliness, no personality. I could have been a paper bag walking into that store. But here's the shocker - I was thrown out of that store!!! Wowser! I'm elderly. I get tired. I can be cranky when I'm stressed. But I do not yell. I do not use bad language. And I do not like it when I'm treated rudely when I don't uderstand a technology that is new to me. Yep, I corrected the clerk woman when she interrupted me. Then when she talked over me. It was going badly over something that should have been simple. An Amazon return! I did not know what a QR code is and how it's used. I lost patience with the clerk saying the same thing over and over again instead of taking a step back and showing me. So manager dude came over and told me to leave. Go to Staples, he said, since you've said you have no trouble there with your Amazon returns. I was astounded. I have white hair, use a cane, limp when I walk. And have a raspy voice. I guess they don't want trouble makers in that store. As I left, I heard him say to her, you don't have to put up with people who treat you like that. Like what? People who correct her and won't put up with her stinky, immature attitude? I went to Staples. The man there explained to me what I was missing. Simply and nicely. Which was consistent with the experience I've always had at that store. I got home safely, but drained and exhausted. Thank you, Staples. Thank goodness I have choices. And I finally learned what that box with squiggly pattern is. A QR code. read more

10 stars instead of 5 stars. I cannot say enough about customer service and the help they give. I have NO desire to use any other place. if you have amazon returns, they make that process as smooth as silk and willing to help, if there is a glitch. But, it isn't just amazon returns. They know their stuff and are helpful with whatever one might need. Highly recommend. read more

I reached out to them to open a mailbox for my expanding business and the manager, I assume it is spelled Aaron, asked for information, which I provided. The next day he emailed and asked for additional information, which I provided. After that he just disappeared. I called the store and they said, "He has just left for the day," reasonable, so I left a message. Two days later, after no return call, I called again and the employee that answered the phone said he wasn't there and that she had no idea when he might be back because he doesn't put himself on the schedule. This was a complete waste of time with a bunch of kids trying to play "business." I called another UPS store and got my business email set up prior to expansion in about 15 minutes. read more

The UPS Store - In and out in 5 minutes - Printing Services Near Me - Brunswick, Georgia

Terrible customer service. Paid to have a rare, expensive piece of very heavy sound equipment "professionally" packaged and shipped and insured by UPS Brunswick. Item arrived to the customer with box destroyed, no extra padding to protect the item. UPS driver took photos of the damage. Fast forward 3 months after endless calls to the store, ridiculous hold times, claims and follow ups to the Brunswick manager and corporate, UPS is refusing to locate their driver's photos of the damaged box, refuses to cover the insured item, or even refund my cost for the "insurance", or make any good on the situation. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I was told by a Brunswick employee that corporate "hopes that customers will forget and they don't push a claim thru unless the customer keeps checking in on it". I spent so much time trying to recover even a little bit of my cost with ZERO results. read more

i took 2 legal documents in to get 7 copies each for a meeting close by- one has 2 pages printed half off the page- 1 has back notarized signature page missing on all 7 copies and the other one has front page missing on 2 copies- the young brat working the counter handed the legal documents back to me unstapled facing multiple directions and a big stack of copies in the same manner- when i got over being dumbfounded i asked to use the stapler to try to begin getting the multiple documents back in order to which he blew at me like i was wasting his time- this will NEVER happen to me again because i will NEVER enter the store again to allow it read more

I will NEVER ship anything through this store again. I had a prepaid label to ship back a rented textbook. The book may have weighed 2 ounces and was paperback. All I needed was a large mailer envelope to ship it in. I ended up paying almost $6 for packaging!! For a thin paperback textbook! I was very upset. I now take my business to Exit 29 Postal. Where I only pay $1 for an envelope, and the staff are very kind, courteous and considerate. read more

Went to pick up UPS shipments from Amazon that had been dropped off due to me not being at work. Went in the morning the day after initial delivery and was told they do not receive the packages until after 1pm. Went back at 130pm and waited over 10 minutes with no end in site to the 2 customers that were being helped so left ( I was also completely ignored the entire time I was there; however, I never said a word). Went back again at 430 and was asked for an ID. This was my 4th package pick up (not including the early times this day) and had never been asked for an ID. Neither did either package require an ID or SIGNATURE, yet this time i was made to show my ID and sign (I believe this was done to me out of spite because I had already been in earlier and left). Already upset because I don't like going into stores because I work with COVID19 POSITIVE PATIENTS!!!! (I do curbside pickup or online shopping hence the packages) I had to go back out to my car get my ID and go back into the store. My being upset and swearing once on my way out of the store (not at any employee as I was accused) was more about exposing all of the customers (there were at least 6 including an elderly man and a child with 3 not wearing masks as well as both employees) in the store because my mask had fallen on the ground and was a wet muddy mess because it was raining. All of my previous pick ups had been quick and easy. Not sure why this one on this particular day had to be so difficult. I contacted UPS and was told there shouldn't have been a need for a signature or ID unless that was the stores policy which based on previous interactions with this store it would not be. I also asked to see if there was a way for my packages to never be sent to this store again. I now also have a note on my door for packages to be left. When I called the store to then ask about my box being cut open I was hung up on. I called back to be sent to voicemail. Called back again to be immediately hung on and then a fourth call to be placed on hold. It's a really good thing that as a nurse I do not just hang up and ignore my patients. I comfort the dying and ease people's pain. What should have been the simplest of transactions turned into a monumental show. The customer service of the employees at this store is horrible but people will continue to go I'm sure because there are not many other options available. I, however will not. So to any one that was in the store on 10/22/20 around 430pm my apologizes to you. To the UPS Store - Do Better! read more
