These folks were AWESOME! It looks as though a competitor is trying to hurt their business with fake reviews. I recently moved to the area. I am a frequent customer of pack n ships. I use UPS/USPS, notaries,color printing, laminating, etc. All of these services were performed efficiently and effectively. I was there to notarize a document and they told me that they don't understand what that means which is definitely lying because I've done the notarize before at another ups location and everything goes well. Tried to return some equipment only to be told they couldn't find my name. I offered the account number, which was supposed to be an option to find my information, according to the company I was returning the equipment to, who they have a contract with. She refused to take it, told me to take it the original store. She walked off as I was asking questions, the manager lady proceeds to loud talk me while assisting another customer. I left verified all of my information and returned only to receive the same treatment. I'm new to the area. Never received this type of treatment from a UPS store. Customer service is key. Not even 4:30pm yet when we arrived. Sign said they close 5pm on Saturdays. Closed, and will not be open until Tuesday because of the 4th of July holidays. I was one of at least five people who needed services, but we all just have to wait an extra three days to get things done. AMAZON RETURN CUSTOMERS!!!! Go to a different location for your Amazon returns. Try Kohl's if available. If your return package does NOT require you to package it, shoot your shot here, but if you need to box something up, go somewhere that won't charge you $3 to use their tape gun. If y'all are able to use their tape gun (or other supplies) and are NOT being charged $3 for it, leave a comment here so everyone knows about it. I have been here 3 times, and EVERY time I come in, the customer service is subpar. The older gentleman (owner), nice but not helpful. The older woman (owner) not friendly, micromanaging. The young man (AM shift) is great. He deserves to run the place alone based on his customer service skills. Went in to make some copies today and asked the guy at the front counter if I needed something to insert into the machine to count the copies that I made, similar to the machine I used at the UPS store in Braselton Hwy next to Kroger in Dacula. He said no and came over to enter the code for the machine. I made some copies, organized them am proceeded to copy another stack of documents. The machine timed out and I needed the code again. The guy came over and entered the code, and asked if I was keeping track of the number of copies. I said "No, the machine doesn't track it?" I figured that a business with a copy machine would have a method to track how many copies are made so they know how much to charge. Evidently, this place uses the honor system. When I mentioned that I thought the machine kept track, the man made a snarky, ill toned comment. I let it slide and kept copying. I won't go back to this location, I normally go to the location on Braselton where they are very nice and helpful. The kid working the counter at this location was a jerk and I just don't want to deal with people like that. read more

I went in for an AT&T equipment return with the barcode (AT&T account #) as instructed by AT&T. The guy said "it doesn't work like that." He condescendingly told me it had to be a QR code and wouldn't even give me or my emailed instructions a moment for consideration. I went to Fed Ex and followed the same instructions from AT&T and they were able to process my return. The employee I dealt with is a dangerous combination of ignorant and arrogant. It may be time to seek new employment opportunities if you perform this poorly at processing returns and interacting with customers. From now on I will be using Fed Ex. read more

Found this brand new UPS Store when I went to eat pokè a couple weeks ago. They just opened about a week or so. The owners are really nice and the facility is clean. Plenty of P.O. Boxes to choose from and the location is perfect (right by the highway). I had to return an Amazon package, all she did was scan and handed me my receipt. Very quick and easy! read more

I have been using this UPS location for over a year. I have a small business and am usually there many times during the week. This being said my opinion should hold some weight. The owners and the employees are nice every time. Its easy to catch someone is a bad mood from time to time but I can honestly say since I have been using them not once have I had a bad experience. The total for a box with 3 iPads was $86. I sent a huge box from Utah for $100 so I knew this wasn't right. Left and went to the UPS in dacula, same package no changes $20. Please don't ever get anything notarized from this place. My wife had to have some papers notarized to send into the county for change of name after we got married and the manager there was completely incompetent. We had to have the paperwork re notarized a total of 3 times. The manager tried to charge her all 3xs for his own mistakes. Then also attempted to bill her for faxing that same paperwork out over and over. I tried to explain that he was to blame and that we wouldn't have had to keep coming back to him to fix the problem, if he did it correctly to begin with. He couldn't wrap his head around that either. Absolutely amazing! Do yourself a favor and skip this place all entirely for any notarization needs. read more
