Recently I went in again and she said something to me that was rude. I went out to the car and my wife starts in on me, without me saying anything, about how that lady in there is so rude. I said, "I know huh!" That was the impetus of this post. I don't recommend if you like personal, friendly customer service with a smile. This place is no where near that.

They are very nice people to work with, but the way their business is structured makes it hard to…read moremet deadlines and inform their customers about the status of their order. If you call to inquire about the status of your order, they can't just look it up and tell you; you have to speak with the employee who put the order together. If that person is out of the office and you ask that they give you a call when they're available, it is hit or miss if they will actually call you back. This is the second time an order has not met the deadline. I think they create a good quality product, but need to improve in the area of communicate and time management.
