Without acknowledging my request, she hung up on me. I called back to say that we were cut off. She responds in an extremely irritated tone that she "got it" and hangs up again. The cab did show up at my set time. The second time I called, I requested to be picked up. The same dispatcher said that they will be right out. 30 minutes later, I'm still waiting. I call back and an automated message comes on and says NOT to leave a voicemail because they won't receive it. Not sure what to think about that... Anyway, I called Checker Cab and they were out to pick me up within 10 minutes of my call.

On top of that I asked the driver to drop me off first as my drop off point was on the way to the pilot crew's drop point. Driver said it made sense but he had to drop them off first.
