I always go to this UPS without any issues for last 5 years since I work in the hospital close by. First time on Nov 25th, teenagers working there gave me attitude for not accepting my amazon return despite the instructions says no additional Boxing required. Rules they made up on the spot . I am not sure why I deserves this kind of rudeness. I was too upset to put my point across so I lied quietly. Will no longer visit this UPS . I am sure they don't care but it is very upsetting to encounter such attitudes in our routine life's. read more

The staff is friendly and efficient. I've been shopping online a lot lately, and often have packages to return. This store has extended hours compared to some other locations. The owner works there and she's easy to talk to and very helpful. They do fingerprinting services in addition to the usual. Most important, during COVID 19, the staff wears face masks, and sanitize their hands between every package / patron they handle. It's a very small store and might feel cramped if more than a few people inside. But they'll make you feel welcome. read more

We've been customers of this UPS store on Plaza Ln for a few years now. The customer service has been consistently exceptional each and every time my wife or I stop in. During the last few holiday seasons, the entire store is packed out with so many outbound and inbound boxes, it's truly amazing how the staff and owners remain organized and keep their cool and customer service at such a high level. I've been to many different businesses and couriers alike. These folks here are simply the example of what customer service at UPS and in general should be. It's really unfortunate to see some customers who are unhappy and express it as if it's the fault of the business when in fact it's the fault of their own (eg: Amazon packaging/labels and returns. There are clear guidelines and directions yet when the customer doesn't follow the directions, it becomes the fault of the business). If you're a customer here and agree, I encourage you to leave a note expressing your support. Many do not receive kudos for what they do so well. I go to this store at least once a week. The employees here are fast, efficient and so friendly. I'm always needing to print things, make copies or mail back my online shopping returns. They always help me find the best and most efficient packaging materials for all my items. Every time I go on there I'm greeted by name and a smile. They remembered I had recently got married and they wanted to hear all about it. It really makes the experience so much nicer when you feel like your talking with friends and not just running an errand. And for an extra bonus, I tie my dog up outside while I'm in there. Everyone always takes a min to say hi and pet him. If I don't bring him, they ask about him. I didn't think going to the ups store would have any impact on my day, but here it does. A friend needed to mail in a notarized request for her child's birth certificate - a mutual accountant friend suggested this place. Not only was it super convenient but one of the owners who helped us today was extremely friendly and efficient. There is always a notary here so no need to make an appointment! We were in and out in a matter of five minutes - ok, maybe 10 mins. (she had to provide her driver's license and they took a thumbprint; $10 dollars later the form was notarized). Great local peninsula resource. Closed on Sundays - just submitted business hours to yelp for posting. read more

Negative stars if possible. Only If there was FedEx Kinkos, more professional and better equipement. Same thing happened to me. I had a UPS enevelope that needed to be sealed with the mailing instructions, i had no plastic pockets. They charged me for freakn 12 inches of tape. I think the owner, a lady, told me AFTER they put tape on my envelope, not Before, that it would cost me $2 bucks for 12 inches of FREAKN tape. If I would have known I would have walked across the street to Safeway and have 6 months worth of tape. Not even a courtesy warning... They also seem to have new employees all the time, revolving door if you will. Im sure if they treat their customers like this they probably do worse to their employees. Not friendly at all. We come here routinely and it's our preferred UPS for drop-offs for Amazon, as well as for specialty shipping and packing. The people who operate this store are awesome--super efficient and completely on the ball, responsive and friendly. Despite the COVID restrictions and protocol, where everyone must line up with masks six feet apart, they expedite the line with quick turnaround. The people behind the counter know what they're doing and inspire confidence, don't miss a beat. I recently had to package, and ship a bunch of free weights to another city in CA--instead of taking this task to my local UPS in my city, we drove to Burlingame to this shop to get the job done. They are awesome, and anybody who tell you that all UPS locations are the same, well .... they do not know what they're talking about--or have never experienced the incompetence at the UPS in my city. Overpriced my four items! Had me pay over $110 for international which is absurd. Usually it's $2.40 for an international stamp. Then they charged me over $40 for my other 3 items. Domestic stamps should be 54 cents. One small item that was .1 lb was going to Daly City! I feel cheated By the two employees in there. Will never return here. Also! i went back to get my items and they were closed at 4:30, it's a wednsday and they should be closed T 6:30 weird read more

The guy there was super helpful and had it done in about 2 minutes, which I really appreciated because I was in a hurry and I think he could tell. My husband decided to rent a private mailbox at this store for his business in 2004. So we've known the owners, Lalit and Shalini, and have been doing business with them for 16 years! And yet, we haven't had a chance to write a review for them, so here we are. All of our business mails and packages have been delivered here and we always received a notice for package delivery by email right away, so not a single parcel has ever been lost. While picking up mails, we've also sent boxes, made copies and faxed documents, used notary service, etc.. at the same time. It's so convenient! When the store gets busy with many customers, and especially due to social distancing now, you might have to wait in line outside the store once in a while. But because their services are quick and efficient, the wait is usually not that long in my experience. All the staff members always greet everyone in the line and apologize for the wait. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and always willing to help you. Whether you need to send packages or do other business affairs, I highly recommend this store! read more

This family owned and operated establishment delivers consistent customer service, they are friendly, efficient and helpful. Above and beyond knowledgable, professional and expertise staff at the Burlingame Plaza location. Not just competent but personable as well. They welcomed my dog into the store, attentively doting on him. Then confidentially informed me another customer's bratty daughter with pink bow in hair had stepped on his tail and kicked him when I was not looking. You never saw a dog Mom run out of a store and chase down a vehicle so quickly. The mother denied the incident but I made it crystal clear with a restrained tact that behavior is unacceptable.
