I'm impressed, but before I forget to mention - location is nearly Millbrae, so be prepared for VERY North Burlingame (whereas I was not!!). From the start, great service. Worked with Huy. We had a very last minute printing request so we could get some business one pagers for an upcoming event (in days!). Got him the file - which was funny because we asked internally for our designer to rescale to the right size, he "did" and Huy said it was even larger than the last (so resized in the wrong direction!!!). Immediate notice when ready to pick up and amazingly flexible on when that needs to happen as Huy set up an outside of business hours lockbox to pick up your printing even when they aren't there. The quality of print was far greater than that which we got at FedEx two days prior. Plus, nicer paper quality AND a better price. This place is awesome!! The service was really great. They were really helpful with the pictures that we needed magnified. We need to magnify an old picture of my grandma for the funeral and grave. There weren't many to choose from. Because it was quite old and faded, we had a hard time. They guys were awesome. They really try to help us with the photograph. They indicated the size that would not look blurry. And they try to fix the photograph with the faded parts. I really appreciate all the time and effort that they put. And there prices were so reasonable. I have gotten passport photos that cost more with less attention to detail than the effort that they took. JASK is super fast and helpful compare to other printing companies. I was looking to find a place that would help me print out a large poster for a NYE party last minute and had no luck with several printing companies. I found JASK and talked to Huy on the phone. Huy was super nice and patient. He waited on the phone while I sent him my file and we discussed about how we can make it work since the file didn't have a high resolution. He then said he will play around with it and call me back. He called me back soon after and asked me if I wanted to stop by to take a look. When I got there, they had already enlarged my picture a little bit and had it printed out in different shades. I then asked them to enlarge the picture to the size that I want and print out a section from it so I can see what it looks like. They did it and was super nice about it. Reached out to this business via Yelp and was asked to come in so that he could see the job. I arrived at 10:30am on a Tuesday only to find the door locked. Thinking that it is raining and cold the door (no windows) was just shut. I called the business to find that he was out on a delivery and would be back shortly. This was slightly annoying but I get it, this is a one man operation. The reason for the one star is because we agreed on the phone that if I left my job (for business cards) in the mail slot he would call me back with his thoughts and then we could proceed from there. Very reasonable. I was expecting a call back the same day, but no call. It's been almost a week and still no call and most likely not going to happen. Everyone raves about the customer service. Came here today to pick up letters and envelopes. The Boyfriend emailed them his documents for a price quote and was quick to receive a response back. They even proof read the document and pointed out a typo (whoops) and were quick to fix it. -1 star because they never informed us via email or phone call that the order was ready.
