Terrible experience by the young ladies at the counter, very rude and unprofessional. I come in to pick up a package and find the young Asian lady, who seemed to be in charge between the two; on top of the counter with her legs crossed during our entire interaction. The other caucasian girl just looks down and says nothing... Not sure where the owner of the store went but I will not be returning here anymore unless new staff is hired or they get some training on customer service and professionalism. read more

The staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and I rarely wait more than a few minutes, if at all. Chris, I assume to be the owner, is a complete rude jerk. I called prior to going in and asked if they offered passport photo services and he replied that they did and that they closed at 2p. I came to Postal Annex prior to 2pm, (with plenty of time to snap a photo and print it) and as soon as I opened the door I was greeted with Chris rolling his eyes at us. I brushed it off and let him know we had come in to take a passport photo and with the most bothered look on his face he says "yeah, you'll have to come back next week!" I then stated "you said you closed at 2p on the phone," to his reply, " yeah but now I'm closing early!" I was in disbelief, I'm still in shock that someone so aloof can run a customer-based business when he's anything but pleasant to clients. I've been here many times for many different services and his employees have always been very helpful. It's sad to see that this place is ran by such an arrogant obnoxious jerk. Safe to say I will never be back to support his business and happily spread the word about this grinch. read more

Every time I come in the owner is so friendly and helpful. I had a qr code for a return and he said that although they can't scan it if I can get a label he could print it in the store for me. My package is on its way and it was so easy to swap the code for a label. I love that it's a one stop shop to send all my returns back. read more

I usually send packages at either the USPS or a little place the other direction. The manager here was so helpful! She helped me with the getting the shipping label emailed to the correct place. She helped me wrap my package and said that I didn't have to use my own tape. The other place I go charges like $7 for a little roll so I brought one. I will definitely go back here as it's in the shopping center with tons of parking and nextdoor to a Starbucks and a Marshalls and I go to both. There use to be so many copy places, but it's great that one of the only ones left for copies and shipping had such an awesome and helpful lady running the show! Five stars for sure! read more

Get your fingerprinting done here! I got fingerprinted here about a month ago after comparing prices locally. But, I had an issue with my scan and the accompanying information, so I had to come back in. Chris fixed it without any fuss, and I was in and out within 15 minutes. I recently moved to a new apartment and after two months they still have not added my name to the door call box, which has resulted in me missing package deliveries because FedEx/ups cannot gain entry to the mail room. For this reason, I've started having my packages (when I will not be home to accept) delivered to The Postal Annex & then I pick them up after work. This has been an extremely convenient and helpful service that they provide as I can rest assured my package will be safe. They charge me 5$ for using this service. Today, I was unable to make it to The Postal Annex to pick up my package that was delivered this afternoon (Saturday) & they're closed at 2pm as well as sundays. I called and asked if they would be willing to allow Uber to pick up the package and bring it to me. Chris answered the phone and was very helpful & kind. Chris even went outside to give my package to the Uber driver. I offered to pay the 5$ fee over the phone but Chris said I can just take care of it next time I'm in the store to pick up my packages. This place is so convenient! There's plenty of parking, and the lines are short. We U.S. mailed See's Candies to friends in Naples Florida. Everything worked efficiently and with good effect. Never have I ever gone to a shipping place (FedEx, UPS, etc.) and have been greeted more-less by name. Chris and the team put in a lot of work to make sure the service they provide is professional and personal. Definitely appreciate the great service they offer on private mailboxes as it gives me a safe place to send packages (no more worrying about porch pirates). Probably the best customer service I've ever received. Chris is extremely friendly and you can genuinely tell that he cares about every customer that walks in the door. All of the employees are super friendly as well. When I first stopped by, they introduced themselves and made me feel like family. I mentioned that I needed a mailbox and they proceeded to explain everything to me in detail. I'm surprised they spent so much time with me, they genuinely made me feel so cared for and told me that since I travel for work, I don't have to worry if I have to pay late.
