I must say I'm taking a liking to these UPS stores. Great way to drop off packages. Plenty of parking directly in front. I like how Burnaby doesn't try to milk drivers, and actually encourage commerce with free parking on most streets. The interior of the store looked really shiny and new. Can't comment too much as I was in and out out in less than 20 seconds. read more

Very cheap owner that likes to scam customers. I came in with my USB stick, looking to print ONE regular poster (said it was around $0.23, decent price). The lady owner told me to plug my USB into the computer. She assisted me with this but wasn't sure how to get it to print poster size, resulting in wasted paper. After leaving me for 10 minutes, finally got it to work. My total came to $6.90 for ONE SHEET of REGULAR paper. I asked nicely why was it so much, it said it's 23 cents. She said because I had to PLUG in my USB, so there was a $5 computer charge?! She did not say there was a charge in the beginning, and the sign said $5 for Internet usage only. THEN, she had the nerve to say "I didn't charge you for wasted sheets" when SHE was the one who didn't know how to use her own printer. Not my fault. Never coming back here. Do your business and printing elsewhere. For reference, I went to another print store and was only charged $0.40 cents. RIDICULOUS. Don't come here to print, the owner will try to suck as much money out of you as possible. At least TELL your customer first you'll be charging them $5 for sticking a USB into the computer to print. read more

The owner of this UPS store was well-meaning, but has no idea how to do many things she should know how to do. I recently did a return shipment through this location, and it has been a ridiculous stressful month of trying to figure out where the entire thing went wrong. I hope I never have to return to this UPS location, and I warn anyone else that if they are looking for a location to ship a package, go somewhere else. I wish I could give zero stars. read more

I have been dealing with this business for some time and must say that they are a great place to do business with. I am renting one of their mail boxes and get all my parcels from FedEx delivered with no problem. Couldn't do that with my Canada Post because they need a signature. Ups store 325 can do that for me. One of the best features is their shredding service. I just get all my old bank statements and other papers that may contain some private information, bundle it up and take it there. It's really reasonable and convenient. Didn't have to buy a shredder. Well, you should just give them a try if you live in the area. Other services like printing, copying etc. are also available. This handy location is a great supplier of return address stamps and employee name tags. Of course I'm sure they have other things too. For the record, if you order a stamp they'll charge you delivery from where they get it made to their location - ???? Not a fan of that $10 charge for something mail-able for under $5 read more

I went to the UPS store located at 4111 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC. V5C6T7 and I received fantastic customer service. Steve helped me with the last couple of shipments and he's been perfect both times. Very friendly and polite. I've used them a few times now with no hassles. I seriously groan when I receive a UPS pick up slip because of this location. The owner is really uninterested in helping customers. I have seen her watch people with their arms full struggle with the door, and she doesn't even get up from her desk. Last time I went in, she had Real Housewives or something of equal intelligence blasting from her speakers. She couldn't be bothered to get up and just told me to drop off my package. The saving grace is the two younger employees. They do things like make eye contact and help you, which is really nice. The Asian gentleman was especially helpful. read more

Dishonest business practice. I went in to make a photocopy of a receipt. She suggested a bigger size paper as the receipt just exceeded the length of A4 size. The placard on the wall says 15 cent per page. When I went to pay, she first wanted to charge me for a dollar. When I balked, she changed to 50cents. I didn't want to argue, so I just dropped a couple quarters and walked out. Will not come back again. read more

The graphic designer was great and went above and beyond in getting my business cards ready. But when I went to pay for the business cards, the owner of the store over charged me for them. I was trying to understand the breakdown with the owner who got very defensive, raising her voice and even swearing. I was going by the price list on the counter but she claimed those weren't their prices. What????? She refused to listen to reason nor look at my email with my order, claiming that I had ordered different amounts than I had. I was under the impression that the graphic design was included in the price but she told me she had quoted me $45. Both my husband and I were in the shop when I originally went in and neither of us heard that quote. She wanted to charge me for an extra two hours that the graphic designer spent on my cards but that was because their cutter had broken and I had the email to prove it. Almost forgot, she also accused me of stealing the graphic file! I have to admit that by the end of this exchange I was getting extremely frustrated during this exchange and did raise my voice and for that I apologize. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences in my life. In all my years as a business executive, I have never seen a customer treated this poorly, let alone been on the receiving end. I needed help with knowing what documents to fill out for shipping my paintings to a gallery. This was the first time I was doing this so I was clueless. I also needed help with boxes. I ended up using this location due to a HORRIBLE experience at the UPS Store at Kensington Mall in Burnaby...DO NOT GO THERE. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I walked out of there, freaking out because I needed some serious help with knowing what to do. I decided to try this location, even though I totally didn't like UPS right off the bat (I did not realize they are owned individually!). OMG, this location SAVED ME!!!! The manager is SUPER friendly and helpful. The person who I really have to thank though, is Mina. She knew exactly what to do with everything. I was so thankful for her, she made this whole experience much less stressful. She spent a lot of time with me, organizing all the documents and helping me put my boxes back together. If it wasn't for her, I honestly don't know what I would have done. I will be dealing with Mina now whenever I need to use UPS. :) read more

Worst customer service ever. The owner,I believe, he's racist and so lazy to even check where my package is. He wouldn't even go to the back or track my package on the computer but said "there's no package that came in today with a Chinese last name" wow....at the end, the delivery man helped me locate the package!!!!!!
