"Mike" tells us he's been trying to communicate, so he receives calls, texts, and emails from us that get through, but if he does pick up the phone, he says he's been calling, but no one answers. This is an obvious lie. All phones register numbers of rejected calls, and we have lists of numbers that are blocked. Their phone numbers are not blocked, and there is no record of an attempted call from this company. So it's all either lies, or just shows that he is completely incompetent. He has our phone numbers, and has talked, but somehow he can't dial us back? It's now the verge of January 2026, and I have no idea if we'll ever see my mother's piano again.

While the 2 men were polite and arrived on time. It went down from there. 2 bedroom, 763 sq ft…read moreapartment. They arrived at 11:30 am on time. They completed loading and pulled away at 4:37. When I reached out to the person who booked, they offered to send another 2 men at no additional cost. I made it clear I was not paying more then the 8 hours max i was qouted. My new place was a 10 minute walk away. They arrived, found parking and began unloading at 5:38. We had missed my reserved elevator at this point and had to make do. At 8:20 i began assisting with unloading boxes (I'm a 51 year old woman). At 8:45 the person who booked this (Mo) walked in all smiles. Excuses were made for why it wasn't his guys fault. I "had too much stuff." I "didn't have an elevator booked." He was "nice enough to come down and help. " He "didn't have to do that." The move was finally completed at 9:20 pm. 9 hours and 50 minutes. No accountability. No urgency. Inefficient. Dismissive of women. I paid $1092 for a move that cost me $757 last time.

Turned up well on time and the crew of 3 led by Jackson were ready to go. They completed their work in good time and were very careful with all of our belongings. Unable to fault them for any reason. We decided not to go with this business because I received an email from the person who came to provide a quote to us, that was meant for his colleague. It was not meant to be sent to me and we found it extremely un-professional to discuss our situation in the email to the colleague. Also try not to be so condescending when meeting people and discussing what is allowed and what isn't to be packed when the people moving have never done a move like this. Do better!
