I called in to get help with an Amazon return. I had no way of printing the label. I also had a pickup scheduled but could not wait for it. Kayla answered the phone and immediately offered solutions. She educated me on all the steps to cancel the UPS pickup and reschedule the drop off. She was leaving at 11am so I only had 20 minutes to get there. I kind of got dressed and went in to meet her just to make sure she wasn't AI. THE LINE WAS LONG UPON ENTERING but the service was fast. I get to the counter and out of four employees, I get Kayla (human) and she is just as pleasant as she was on the phone. Although I did not need much today, this is my UPS Store going forward. This is a very busy UPS store. All of the attendance or working with customers as soon as the customer left, they were loaded right back up. They were very professional, polite greeted you with a smile. It is a very small star, but big production. read more

Do not waste your time at this store! The manager who works there is very rude... I went in there today to send/return a package I just recieved my my house the day before (from UPS mind you) that did not work. It was a new "wood stock" (NO METAL WHAT SO EVER) for a rifle I inherited from my father who passed. Mind you it was in the same box i had recieved it in. The lady flipped out.. you cant have that in here! It goes on a gun! I said yes, but its not a gun, its a piece of cherry wood. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was. I then came home mad, frustrated and embarrassed. Called UPS corp to seek help and ended up speaking to someone who sounded like there where in India, bad english and very bad connection. complete incompetence, two employees helping one customer pack a shipment with a line that snakes through the small business. they announced if someone had a labeled package they wanted to drop off without getting a receipt to place it on the counter, yeah it never made it out. it's just a terrible business in many ways. read more

Oh man. Where to begin. I've seriously never seen such a steampunk kind of operation. I took out a P.O. Box and was extremely nervous the whole time as to if my mail would get lost, stolen, misplaced. Of course, plenty of my mail ended up missing. I feel so bad for the ladies that work there. There is never enough help for them and half the time their systems are down. The whole place is in a constant state of disarray. Whoever the owner is or manager should be fired. This store is in great need of better ownership and support for its employees. read more

Very helpful, professional & fast! Will use them more than PO! Friendly staff. Easy to send packages PO couldn't find address! As it turned out! They stink! Package was sent PRIORITY MAIL not UPS! Clerk specifically said it was going UPS-he lied! Typical BAIT & SWITCH!! I was charged for more! I did not authorize this! Package took 2 & 1/2 weeks to arrive! Never again! We just went and had two documents notarized. We waited 15 minutes and it was a quick 1 minute each signature and we were charged $20.00! This lady charges the maximum! We have been to several others who charged us $4.00 and less. I will never go to this store again. Plus she was nasty! I am a notary and I would never charge someone so much for such a quick job! I will drive farther next time because she just lost our business! read more

Terrible store, Constant long lines, sometimes people waiting outside. 20-30 minutes just to drop off boxes with labels. I've driven to the next nearest location on Del Prado, it is a much faster experience. read more

Apparently the young man working Friday morning decided to share his attitude with the customers. He would not provide me a UPS envelope so he could charge me added "packing" fees. I had a piece of paper that I could have easily "packed" myself but I was not allowed. Hopefully management decides to do something. Until then you may want to find another site. read more

I've been a customer of this UPS store for quite sometime now. I never questioned their pricing, as the service has always been good, up until a few days ago.... I went to the UPS store to package and ship a few Items. It was suggested to me by the owner that I should buy their roll of bubble wrap, as I came unprepared. There was a big "$8.00" sticker on the shelf it was placed on. When it came time to pay, she told me the bubble wrap costs $15.00. I reminded her of the actual price and she apologized, but at that moment, I became skeptical of the quality of this store. Later that day I decided to checked my receipt. It showed that I was charged $5 dollars for a "service charge." Since I packaged the items myself, I assumed the charge was for simply printing a free shipping label. I came back at a later time and questioned them with my receipt, not asking for a refund. They rudely denied this charge, insinuating it was my error. As I left the store I heard the owner talk about me behind my back to her colleague as if I was some crazy person. I felt insulted. No store owner should humiliate their customers for simply asking a question. After comparing their prices with other shipping stores, I realized I've been over paying for additional "artificial" services. read more

This place alleviated so much stress for us! We were in need of notary services for the sale of our home. If dozens of pages to sign weren't enough, we were required to have two witnesses in addition to the notary. While they only had two employees working, they called the neighboring business and had someone come over just to help us out. By the end of signing, our heads were spinning and we were anticipating a large bill. She ended up cutting us a break and giving a significant discount!!
