Since I live in Florida for a very long time, I needed some warm clothes lol! Just looking at long sleeves makes me hot! Well anyhow, I decided to order clothes and other necessary things from Amazon, Macy's, Belk etc. The Prime truck thinks my house is a regular stop on its route lol! So I am constantly returning and exchanging all the merchandise that doesn't fit or is the wrong thing. I discovered this UPS store on Amazon. It is relatively close to my house and is located on Hancock Bridge Road and Orange Grove. It is a very safe place to return your stuff. There is a big sign in the window that tells you to wear a mask and be socially distant. Only a few people can go inside at one time. I saw the lady who works there come out and sanitize the door and door handle. The staff is masked and super quick. We love supporting our neighborhood businesses. Went in to mail a pair of prescription glasses to my son that he left at my house…read more Asked for a USPS priority box to put them in and said I have packing bubbles that I will put in the box to protect them. The lady took the glasses into the back room, put them in a USPS box, but covered the box up with grey plastic so you couldn't see it was USPS priorioty. I shook the box and the glasses were clearly not protected and rattled back and forth in the box. She proceeded to say that she goes to class to learn how to pack and it was fine. I tried to take them out of the box to put the packing in. She grabbed the box from me and took it back to her back room. I told her please just give me the glasses back. She got defensive and couldn't understand what the problem was. I don't trust this business and will never go back, very weird that you can't just mail USPS priority mail, I suspect they want to charge more than the flat rate shipping. I went to the post office just a few miles up the road, got the USPS box I wanted, packed the glasses the way I wanted and got the flat rate shipping. It was worth the extra few miles and minutes time it took to be sure they were mailed safely and without being over charged.
