I had a guest who had to get to a Marta station for her flight. I needed to rely on a pro's service because she had to leave early in the morning. So I made an appointment via text the night before. Next morning, the limo driver texted me 30 min. before the appointment time to let me know he was on his way. And 10 min. before appointment time, he already arrived in a sparkly black limo and texted me from the drive way. This awesome communication skills made me feel so comfortable about hiring them and dealing with a guest in a urgent situation. She enjoyed the ride and got to the airport safely.
