Employees are always very friendly and helpful. My dog is always happy to tag along for the treats and pets.

I really like this store. The employees are friendly and helpful. Plus their copy costs are so much cheaper than anywhere else. Its a very very small location and they have only a few copiers. The Fed-Ex store has way more copiers but they are almost three times more expensive for black and white copies than this store. I have never shipped anything through this store and have had no problems returning UPS items through this store. I am not sure why the other bad reviews, but then again I have never shipped a package through them. I usually go to the post office. read more

I have been using this store for printing, mailing, and scanning since about 2014, and normally they are quite decent. Today Kevin (he may be the manager, not sure, he has been there since I started using the shop) charged me $3 to print 3 black and white pieces of paper. Now I have printed there before, and it was no where near as expensive, and I think he was just trying to screw me. They lost me permanently as a customer over a few bucks, and I will now exclusively only use the FedEx store across the way. read more

Something fishy here! I brought a 10 pound package here to be sent to Deerfield Illinois. I had calculated costs online before I came in and the total was slightly over $40. The employee helping me, rang up the total as $160.00 for the least expensive method. I explained to him that his calculations must be wrong and that I saw online that UPS would only charge $40. He said, we are a separate business and our charge is $160. Deerfield is 20 miles away, were they sending it by ship?? I walked down to FedEx and they sent it next-day for $40. Not sure what kind of racket is going on in this place! read more

This store posted racially divisive signs. I approached two workers about it and they became angry and told me to go elsewhere. I've been going to this location for a few years now on a regular basis. Usually just to drop off pre-labeled packages. Today I had a disappointing experience and might not return to this location. I've shipped the same item about a dozen times from this location and each time, it was itemized differently, varying by about $1. Today, they itemized the same package with the same shipping bag a different way again, totaling $6 higher than prior shipping. When I explained this to the employees (Kevin was not around), one said how they had worked for UPS for blah blah years and that there was no way the package could ship for the price I was stating. Then they proceeded to ask if I shipped through USPS as if I didn't know the difference. As a regular customer, I was disappointed by the treatment and employees gaslighting me. Have consistency in how you itemize packages so you don't screw over returning customers. read more

This place serves its purpose. It's close to me and I never have time to sign for packages at home, so I use it as a mailbox. They do that very well. Honestly though, they charge $5 to hold a package for me, and that's just a little too pricey. Also, the staff seems disgruntled at everything, so I don't really recommend it. read more

Everything about this place sucks. From the parking lot to the service to the pricing. Not only was my car booted while doing business in their own lot but they refused to help. After i got so upset and asked for a refund and my package back, i went to another UPS Store location not far away and was charged $9 less. I called to talk to the manager and was put through to the "assistant manager" and was given every excuse in the book, then I never got a call back form the owner or manager. There are plenty of those stores around and this one is by far the WORST! I will never do business in that horrible cluster you know what of a strip mall. Heinous! read more

Cantankerous! Disgruntled!! Rude!!! Very few of the staff actually practice conscientious and courteous customer service!!! The store closes before it's "CLOSED": door locked, registers shut down and a hurried effort for staff to be done & walking out the door, when the store closes!! Sloppy service. After being told that a package's label "wouldn't scan", the label scanned perfectly alright at Staples!!! Use has been due to convenience, but courtesy could turn out to be something worth driving out of my way to encounter!! read more

Each time for different services and he always exceeded my expectations. I didn't have to ask a lot of questions because he kept me informed. So the punks behind the counter were helpful, relatively quick, and thorough --- but UPS is freaking insane when it comes to their rates, and even the college-aged staff agreed. I guess when you need to get something somewhere quick and want peace of mind, UPS is a better bet than the USPS. Not as crappy as they used to be, but it would be great if they actually asked for my ID when I go in to pick up my packages. I'm a UPS MyChoice customer so I have all of my packages routed to this location since I don't have a doorman. They have never asked me to prove my identity. Granted, I don't have a common name, but FedEx asks for ID every time and that's reassuring. read more

Generally nice guys but don't trust their pickup times, at least for ground. I don't know why or how but twice now, I've gone there to drop off a package at least 20 minutes before the cutoff and all packages were long gone. read more

Kevin is the best! Always time efficient and knows everything. I will ONLY use this store when shipping to Europe from now on! USPS and FedEx (that happens to be in the same plaza) do NOT match their efficiency and customer service! I used this store for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I'm never using anyone else. Jake and the other employees here were so helpful! Great experience! I'm moving out of state, and I shipped quite few a few large boxes with my belongings. Their service is amazing! Jake even came by my apartment to personally pick up my boxes and ship them out himself. This was extremely helpful for me, being without a car and hardly any upper body strength. It's too bad I'm leaving Chicago, otherwise I'd be frequenting this place on the regular for all my shipping needs. read more

When I bring in a printed stamp they just let me drop it off and they assure me it's taken care off. In and out in less than a minute.

My only experience so far with this location is attempting to drop off a UPS prepaid package two separate times, both times within seconds of me walking in the door with my package, the sales person asked if I was just dropping off a package and told me to leave it on the table and I was good to go. This location for my standards is great. The people working there are sarcastic and might come off as treating you like an idiot, maybe they are but they respond to my questions and they are fast!!! Always kind, authentic, and friendly no matter how much of a MADHOUSE this joint turns into (complete with guys and gals tappin' foots and being visibly rude to them). These dudes are personable-not like your run-of-the-mill robots working everywhere else. They look out for folks on best options on budgets, obviously bust their buns and STAY moving, and they give treats to four-legged friends. Bottom-line: Supreme Efficiency with TLC. To all my homies rippin' on how they look (hairstyles and such) and what not (or people blaming them for a car boot put on by a private company) you should consider that these are some huuuuuuman beings working hard for a living. Today, I went into this UPS store to ship some documents to a location in California. When I came in, the clerk asked me what I needed. I said I needed to ship some documents "express." He reviewed the address and entered it in the computer, and quoted me a price of $48. I said that was a bit high, and whether there was a two-day option. He said, "you said you wanted 'express'." I said, yeah, but I was referring to the options under the express category, including overnight, two-day, and sometimes three-day. He said, "express means next day. So do you want express or not?" I asked him again for how much the two day option is. He said, "that's not express." I said, "express can be two-day," falling into his apparent desire to dispute the issue. He said, "I have been working here for 15 years, I know what "express" is." I said, I used to work at FedEx and Express has meant air-transit, with guaranteed delivery times, not necessarily overnight. Anyway, he finally quoted me the two-day price: $28. I asked him if there was a third, cheaper option (my goal was to have the documents sent with other documents via air transit because the process is more likely to avoid the package being lost, but I had no need to get the document to the delivery location in a hurry). The guy says there are no other options. I ask about USPS options. He says, "that is not guaranteed." I said, "I understand that, can you give me the prices for the USPS options though." He again said "that is not guaranteed and we are not liable if it gets lost." I said, I understand that, but I just want the prices. This happened one more time, then he finally gave me the prices. He said USPS express delivery was $15.00 and the ground option, with guaranteed deliver on Monday was $10.00. I said I would take the $15.00 option. He scoffed, and said, "you want the non-guaranteed delivery?" I said yes (again, I just wanted to make sure the package was sent via air because of less risk of loss). He scoffed again, and said "but it is more expensive." I persisted and he said I needed to pay for a cardboard envelope. I wasn't sure if this was true or if he was just messing with me, certainly at USPS I would have been able to use a free express envelope. In any case, I said forget it. The guy was a jerk and it was unclear whether he would ship my document or throw it in the trash once I left. I walked two stores down to FedEx, and they guaranteed express air deliver - three day supersaver for $9.75. And they were much nicer. Just FYI, in my experience FedEx is better than UPS. read more

I ordered a package from a UK-based retailer that used DHL and USPS to be shipped to this location of the UPS store. I received notification that it was delivered on June 10, so I went in on June 12 to pick it up. The employees who were in the store were very helpful. They saw that the package was accepted by the store, but was no longer in the store. The employee found this out by looking for the DHL tracking number, which produced no results, and then by looking for the USPS tracking number, which led him to my package. He apologized profusely and said they would review the video surveillance to see what had happened to my package and they would call me back the next day. When I spoke with them the next day, they said that my package had accidentally been included in a group of packages that a UPS employee had picked up to take out to deliver. It would need about 4-5 days before it came back, and they would call me. I waited for about 10 days and then I called myself. I gave my name, but they had no record of my problem, despite being there for about 2 hours. The employee asked for a tracking number, and I asked if he wanted the DHL or the USPS tracking number. He then explained to me that DHL and USPS are not the same as UPS, so I explained that I actually had just delivered it to the store, not had something shipped through UPS. His response was that there was nothing he could do, the package wasn't there. I asked to speak with a manager because I hoped that we could just resolve things quickly. I started to tell him the story, and he told me it was impossible that I would have both a DHL and USPS tracking number. He said they never worked together. I gave him the DHL tracking number and he said yeah, no, we don't have that. I asked him if he could just try the USPS tracking number that I was given and he checked and it was there. I wasn't charged, which was good. My first day in the store was great, but the second group of people I spoke to acted like they had definite knowledge about the shipping process that turned out to be wrong on multiple levels. Keep track of your interactions at this store so that you don't have to explain your situation over and over (and be told it can't be possible). My mistake was not taking the names and numbers of the young men who were so helpful my first day in. read more

Not a fan of this store. I went in to mail a UPS package but didn't have the shipping form. I assumed that they would have one that I could fill out....think again. They were quick to tell me that if I didn't have a shipping form that they didn't carry them because they don't get paid on shipping UPS packages. Really? He said I should try to chase down a UPS truck, go downtown or have it done online with a preprinted form. Ok, whatever...had a coworked email it to them. Then the proceeded to tell me I needed to pay for a special box--of course $15 and no one even tried to help me with my packaging as they were too busy listening to the cubs game. I've read all the reviews. Been in this store atleast 20 times. I am shocked by the high maintainance needy reviews on this site. Every time I've been there, the guys tape up my box, (as a courtesy), help fill out forms and try to be as accomodating as possible. Of course, comparing to the clerks at fullerton and sheffield post office automatically makes them good. These guys are great, their customer service is great. Don't go to this store to ship packages: they charge triple the normal UPS insurance rate as published on the UPS website. For a $1000 declared value you would be paying $30 instead of $9. read more

So, granted it was an off-day for mailing (Sunday), but the customer service at this particular store has a lot to be desired. Very little interaction with customers, questioning them on when they want the box to arrive or how much they'd be willing to spend. Just a price, and NEXT! How about some exchange with your customers? We'll be considering other shipping options in the future. read more

I like this store. The staff is super helpful and mostly friendly. I say "mostly" because sometimes during rush hour they spend more time processing than talking. As it should be! They are always OK with sealing and preparing my amazon packages, even if I offer to do it myself (and they don't charge for it like other shops).
