This UPS Store was very helpful during my visit here. I was staying at the Palmer House and this…read morejust happened to be street level, convenience was key here. When I showed up I had several packages waiting for me since I was in town for work. When I came downstairs I was able to confirm that all my packages had arrived and see if I could get them delivered to the floor. The staff were on it and within the half hour they were up to the floor where we were to setup. When they delivered they also let us know what we would need to do when it was time to send them back. Time came to send our packages back to where they came from. I checked multiple times to ensure when they were open. When the time came we went downstairs to have them come pick them up we actually were given a cart to bring them down. Good thing about having an account with UPS all you have to do is create your labels and they will print them in store and affix them to your boxes. Once we got downstairs, we dropped the boxes, chatted with the staff and were on our way. It was pretty simple and the hours were convenient for guests staying/working at the hotel.

After hours of tracking and holds with UPS corporate, they basically put the onus on the location of drop off. So not sure what's going on at location or UPS in general. I come here often to drop off Amazon returns and I am always greeted warmly. I usually save up my returns and send back a ton at a time, but the staff are always super patient with me. They've got a great selection of packing materials and greeting cards, which I really appreciate. They also have reasonable prices for printing, which I love as a graduate student. I really can't recommend this store enough. They are a welcome addition to the neighborhood!
