I have been here numerous times to dropoff Amazon returns. Workers are always friendly. They will notatize documents for 5 or 10 dollars each. They are a franchise and markup UPS prices. You can get a mailbox there or make copies or books. I like that this location has Sunday hours. read more

Ran into this UPS Store location for an Amazon return. My arrival was close to opening. There was no one else in the store. The return I was doing was for someone who accidentally send their order to me. The QR code they forwarded to me was only good for drop off at Kohl's, not the UPS Store. When the employee saw the code, he informed me of this. He was really nice about it. He even asked if I knew how to get to Kohl's, and if I knew where to go once I was in the store. Based on this interaction, I would return to this store. As I have not utilized any of the store's other services, 4 stars seemed adequate. read more

I've utilized their shipping and packing services and have always been impressed with their professionalism and on-time deliveries. I try not to write bad reviews. This store's service is very poor. I've been here four times and each time is worse than the time before. The first and second visit, the line was so long and no one was working it. Both employees were trying to figure out the copier. After waiting 10 minutes, I left. The third time, my husband attempted to drop off my Rent the Runway prepaid package. The man behind the counter insisted he needed to pay for the package. Hubby left without using their services Today, I was making two pre-paid packages. I asked for a receipt and the woman behind the counter said "you are behind all those other packages." I stated that I was the only one standing there waiting for a receipt. She huffed and printed out a receipt. No thank you or any response. I need to find a different UPS store nearby. read more

I called during the busy holiday return time and got the most patient, helpful response from Jim. The boxes were piled up to the ceiling when I had been in on Monday and yet the package arrived (despite an address error) only one day late due to Jim helping me update the package delivery information. I went to the post office and the line was out the door...well worth a little extra $ to ship from the UPS store at this time of year. And all package returns are so easy to drop off. read more

I needed a package to arrive before a certain date. They took my money and said it would be there . On checking the tracking I discovered it would be a day late and when I called they were more concerned about how the mistake was made than about fixing it . The manager would not even talk to me but sent a message theough the front desk that it could arrive there on time for $50 dollars more .... minus the generous 15 % discount that he finally gave me after at first offering only 10. I was trapped so I paid it but I suggest that if you need something to arrive on time and like good customer service, this might not be the place to go. read more

I had three large fragile boxes sent to this store from CA, not knowing I had to be a 'member' in order for them to accept it. I work during the day, and wasn't going to be home, which I why I had it sent to this location in the first place. My phone number (I live 1/2 mile away) was on the label. I found out today, when I looked into tracking, that all three packages had been delivered three days ago, and they were all refused. Instead of doing me the courtesy of at least calling me to tell me they had refused it, all 3 packages are all now on their way back to CA. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE read more
