The past (3) THREE times I have been to this location, they have been closed and locked up tight. Their hours of operation sign states that they open at 9am during the week and I have been there between 9am and 9:30am. Today I made 3 different trips there between those very times and they were still closed. A kid was inside the last time I went there and the door was locked and the open sign was off and it was 9:30am. I returned again at 11:10am only to find the open sign on but the doors still locked. The kid looked surprised that I couldn't morph through the locked doors and finally came to open the door for me. As gas continues to climb higher and higher and wasted trips and a lack of concern for the customer is apparent there at Wrap It, I believe I will just save myself the aggravation from here on out and go to the USPS on Nagle Rd. so I don't have to wait on someone at Wrap It to decide to open the doors ON TIME! Thanks Wrap It for wasting my time and gas and for showing me just how little you care about your customers.

I told him what I needed, showed him the QR code and he tells me he cannot help me because he's never scanned a QR code for a label and tried to walk away, but I stopped him. I told him I could also bring up a bar code, but he stares at me like I'm an idiot. Luckily, this other gentleman, Michael was working and overheard me explaining. He immediately come over with a smile and was able to help me. He walked me though each step so that I knew how to do it if I were to need to do this again. He was friendly, respectful, caring and kind. I wish more people in the workforce were like Michael!! It's unfortunate that it now rare to come across workers who work hard, know their role, are there to help others and enjoy helping people. If more people were like Michael was with me today, society would be so much better. Thank you Michael, for all of your help, patience and kindness! It did not go unnoticed!
