So if you have an issue that can't be solved by an automated voice and menu then you will never be able to get it solved. So then when you go to another PO phone number to solve it higher up you will jump through many menu questions only to finally hear them tell you to hold on while "they" check for the availability of an agent. Then instead of connecting you with an agent it disconnects. THREE TIMES. OK GET THIS! I had a package of medicine sent from Amazon to an address that I've been sending Amazon packages to for months. The address is a regular one in my amazon address list. The package was not delivered on Sunday like it was suppose to be. Checked the tracking number. It said that it wasn't delivered because only the City and State was on the label not the name and street address. I spent all morning being incredibly frustrated trying to solve the problem only for the package recipient to finally have to physically take her two toddlers with her to the post office to be told that THE MAIL CARRIER DIDN'T FINISH HIS OR HER DELIVERY ROUTE SO JUST WENT BACK TO THE POST OFFICE AND MADE UP THE EXCUSE THAT THE ADDRESS WASN'T ON IT. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The address was on it all along. Typical PO workers, standing around with their thumbs up their butts collecting a pay check. It alway wants you to take a survey but since it disconnect you then you never get a chance to tell them what collosal failures they are. I'd be totally humiliated to work there.

A quality control check is very much standard procedure. Being music, it was important that the copies are usable. (I have had files printed before that were apparently reduced when scanned and I wanted to make sure these files were going to be OK.) After getting a song and dance that it would create more work (honestly, I thought that was his job!), I asked if there was a problem printing the test pages and the answer was "no". But that didn't stop the incessant arguments about paper sizes and anything else he could make a case of. It was totally uncalled for and I felt I was being harassed. I finally had to say I wasn't there for an argument, just to have my files printed. It was a nasty experience and I will think twice, nay thrice, before ever deciding to step foot in this place again. If UPS is going to hire such unqualified help, they need to up their supervision.

Current employees are friendly. Packages can still be an issue. You have make sure you track your packages and not rely on the yellow indicator in the PO Box as they will send unclaimed packages back to the sender after 10 days. Also if the address is not perfect, they'll reject the package. Thankfully Amazon has started delivery directly to houses in the area. Also Walmart and CVS will deliver directly to homes.
