She then proceeded to tape up the package and said I would be charged for the tape which was $3.00 little bit excessive for a package. Then proceeded to tell me that I would have to go to have my label printed off before they could ship it. That they were not able to do it and I would have to go to staples to have it done. So just letting you know just go to staples and bypass this place.

This Fed Ex is a joke. If we wanted to drive to pick it up, we wouldn't pay to have it delivered. Lazy employees. Literally the worst. The sad part is we order from Butcher Box and then the meat is bad when we finally receive it. This is the 3rd time this has happened with the meat and will be the last. We'll switch to Moink who delievers via UPS and has a lovely driver who drops stuff off to us. Not sure why UPS can figure out how to deliver packages when FED Ex can't. Terrible store. I looked at my watch with 7 minutes until her apparently iron clad deadline and asked her what i was supposed to do with that information? She blurted come back monday! I laughed at her. This store would be fine if they got rid of some of very rude staff. A horrible experience simply…read morebecause I wanted to see the 1st page of my three files before the rest was printed. A quality control check is very much standard procedure. Being music, it was important that the copies are usable. (I have had files printed before that were apparently reduced when scanned and I wanted to make sure these files were going to be OK.) After getting a song and dance that it would create more work (honestly, I thought that was his job!), I asked if there was a problem printing the test pages and the answer was "no". But that didn't stop the incessant arguments about paper sizes and anything else he could make a case of. It was totally uncalled for and I felt I was being harassed. I finally had to say I wasn't there for an argument, just to have my files printed. It was a nasty experience and I will think twice, nay thrice, before ever deciding to step foot in this place again. If UPS is going to hire such unqualified help, they need to up their supervision.

This post office seems to turn over staff every six months or a year. The current group has been…read moregreat compared to the previous regime. The previous post master was outwardly hostile. Current employees are friendly. Packages can still be an issue. You have make sure you track your packages and not rely on the yellow indicator in the PO Box as they will send unclaimed packages back to the sender after 10 days. Also if the address is not perfect, they'll reject the package. Thankfully Amazon has started delivery directly to houses in the area. Also Walmart and CVS will deliver directly to homes.

At 9:30 we came and were denied claiming they did not take walk ins and to book an apt. I showed them the hours online and they said "yeah we don't do that yet but I'll ask". The male went into the back to ask if anyone could help and a woman responded "no I don't want to but thanks for asking". Needless to say, staff is very rude and unhelpful and we will not be returning. I truly believe the employees would benefit from a professionalism in the workplace class.

Those coworkers seemed uninterested in checking in with her. She was uninterested in asking them any clarifying questions. Further hemming & hawing prompted my question if her shift was over and she was trying to get out of work. "No im trying to get some water." Im being pushed off so an employee can get water. I dont understand the employee dynamic in that department but it was just sad. Left with one laminated placemat. May or may not be done in the correct product. Second placemat ruined in lamination. No charge. No help. No solution. Honestly isn't lamination the easiest thing done in that department? I dont understand how this employee is employed.
