If we wanted to drive to pick it up, we wouldn't pay to have it delivered. Lazy employees. Literally the worst. The sad part is we order from Butcher Box and then the meat is bad when we finally receive it. This is the 3rd time this has happened with the meat and will be the last. We'll switch to Moink who delievers via UPS and has a lovely driver who drops stuff off to us. Not sure why UPS can figure out how to deliver packages when FED Ex can't. Terrible store. It's unfortunate that they have a monopoly, but from now on I will travel a greater distance in order to have a more confidence-inspiring experience. Among other complaints, their tracking numbers are never working, they lost one of my packages and were useless in helping me track it or file a claim, and their customer service is generally poor. There was a young woman when I went in this week who was terrific! They need several more competent and well organized employees like her to turn this disappointing business around.

A quality control check is very much standard procedure. Being music, it was important that the copies are usable. (I have had files printed before that were apparently reduced when scanned and I wanted to make sure these files were going to be OK.) After getting a song and dance that it would create more work (honestly, I thought that was his job!), I asked if there was a problem printing the test pages and the answer was "no". But that didn't stop the incessant arguments about paper sizes and anything else he could make a case of. It was totally uncalled for and I felt I was being harassed. I finally had to say I wasn't there for an argument, just to have my files printed. It was a nasty experience and I will think twice, nay thrice, before ever deciding to step foot in this place again. If UPS is going to hire such unqualified help, they need to up their supervision.
