Easy return items. Bring your items, staff members scan you items, and you ready to go. If you ask them boxes them for you, $10- $15. Crazy. Just go home find a empty boxes or just go to and empty shopping store and ask for one. That's what I do. No need to paid that much for boxes. read more

Jason epitomizes customer service! From calling me right back when the voicemail just asks you to try again later, to advising me on the notary service as well as helping this rookie return some Amazon items! Also, as often happens, once one customer arrives, they keep coming and very close to closing at that! He treated each customer with the same consideration and patience. This is a clean store in a nice shopping area, but the customer service is subpar. Computers don't work and printing is difficult. The staff copied my documents wrong and it led me to blowing an interview because things were upside down! I was so disappointed. These WORST customer service !!!!! I walked in and stood in line with 3 desk attendants. I asked what would be the cheapest and most guaranteed way to ship 3 letters. (showed them what I was sending). The paper were already in an envelope w/ address. I was pointed to the envelop corner. And I picked up what I saw. Nothing was labeled to show prices. I Rewrote my information on ALL 3 letters on the UPS envelops. My 3 letters were $50 AMERICAN DOLLARS. When it was time to pay I asked why it was so costly. The attendant gave me no real answer. Then I said there is not cheaper way. The manager said that because I've already written on the envelop that I have to pay for it. So I paid $13 PLUS paying for the envelops from the store. 3 attendants and the manager and no help at all... not even a good explanation!!!!! Terrible!!! Need to hire people that are Actually help and not just behind the desk. They only get one star for being open. read more

I LOVE this store! They have been so accommodating and the staff go above and beyond for me! I use their services for my business and personal use. The owner is always friendly and helpful- as well as her staff! This location is convenient, clean and feels like family! I HIGHLY recommend getting a mailbox here- for both your personal needs (i.e vacation travel for extended periods) it's safer than letting your home mailbox overflow or run the risk of package theft (during holiday season). Also for business purposes- if you do business outside of the Clarksville area - but want the convenience of having access to your sensitive mail near your home, this is your place! I think they have the worst customer service of any ups store I have been too. If you ask for a small piece of tape to secure an envelope they charge you a dollar. If you need a label printed out because it won't scan they charge you a dollar. They are very unhelpful and don't care how many trips you have to make to mail a package- just no customer service whatsoever. Any other mailings please well help you print a label get it mailed so you don't have to make three trips for one small envelope package. They are just so not willing to help you at all. A normal place would make it work and get it mailed for you on the first trip. read more

Fantastic UPS Store! I've been going there for years and even though we've moved further away from this store (and closer to another UPS Store) I go out of my way to visit this one. The owner is wonderful (at running her store & her customer service), has a great memory when it comes to her regular customers and is so quick & efficient in getting the job done. I frequent this store often, and sometimes when I go, they are always wanting to charge me for printing a label, or they say the box I have isn't sufficient for the return, and they want me to by a used box, and today, the young man didn't understand how to send something back, he said the label that I had printed out wasn't the correct label for their store, he said that I had printed the label for UPS to come to my residence, which was not correct, the Amazon e-mail did not give me a choice, anyway, going to this place is like going to the MVA, even if you definitely do know you have everything you need to make the transaction happen, they will always find something to throw a monkey wrench in your plan, weather it's buying something from the store, or just an employee that didn't know what was going on, and nobody even stepped in to help him, and the owner was right there, only reason I have given then 2 stars is because it's somewhat convenient, so until I found another one nearby, I guess I will have to suffer the consequences read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! We asked my 83 year old father in-law to ship back 4 tennis rackets to Ohio we left in Maryland. He bought 2 flat boxes and they packed using 1 small square of bubble wrap in one and 2 sheets in another. The bill? around $100.00 according to my father in-law. I have not seen the receipt but when I get my hands on it I am going to UPS to report this even if I have to drive back to MD. This is really abusive and unethical behavior by a small business. Talk about a lack of customer service !!!! The guy in the picture above needs training on customer service I had asked about a tracking number and I was informed that they didn't hold packages... I asked if he knew where the customer service center was he said no I said can you look it up for me.... He stated I could go online and check.... How does an employee within the same business not have the competency and customer service skills to take the extra time to help a client... I won't be going here again... Needless to say my experience at the actual center was amazing and when I asked them about being able to look up other stores it would have been of no trouble!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE is all I would have expected and not the response I got... If your going to have young and inexperienced staff.... Train them on how to go an extra step... DO NOT SHIP from this location! I had a disagreement with a woman at this store about payment of a copy and during the same visit I dropped off two packages, they were both "Next Day Air" 2 days later there wasn't any tracking information, only dropped off at UPS store was in the tracking information. I called UPS to inquire and called the store. The store told me all their packages were picked up and there was no way our packages were there. UPS told me the packages were not scanned in and they had to still be at the store. After, 30 minutes of telephone conversations one of the packages showed "picked up". DO NOT SHIP from this location EVER. My other package is still lost somewhere (probably sitting collecting dust at the store) read more
