The employee built rapport which was sweet of her but I think in a setting where customers are visible, she was a bit unprofessional but I don't knock her for it. She was very helpful with my process, paying, etc from beginning to end. Although inflation is driving everything to ridiculous prices, I will say I'll come back for all my needs.

Customer service is great and whomever is there whenever I come to print is always extremely helpful. Using the printer with the email and the access code is fairly easy and quick. You have to email whatever you would like to print to the print and go email address. Then you receive another email with a retrieval code. You put that code in their print/copy kiosk and then you are asked a couple of questions about your document. The only payment method is a debit or credit card. They do place a $10.00 hold on your card for a 14 cent b&w copy which is a little annoying, but I understand. Once again, customer service is great here. They are nice and helpful!
