I used this location to ship a laptop to NYC. I paid to have the laptop packaged only to find the shipping charges excessive . I then to the laptop to USPS and decided to use a smaller box. Upon unpacking I noticed the laptop charger is not in the box that the UPS store packed. I return to the location to retrieve the charger and was greeted with I was so busy at the time. Not my problem hire now help. The Ebay use I was sending this to world but have been happy. Needless to say use another location but never this location. read more

I went to drop off an Amazon package that used the QR code (didn't require the box or the label). The guy told me he would have to charge me for a single strip of tape (about 4 inches long). Then when I told him I was going to leave and go to another UPS store, he told me I couldn't because he already scanned the code. read more

This store is run by a rude, disrespectful, and ungrateful man. UPS is constantly more expensive than USPS and show a complete lack of gratification for the business that they receive from consumers. It is no wonder, with poorly run store like this one, why UPS is in financial danger. When I had a problem with my package not being mailed out on time, the owner told me he didn't care and that "it's on it's way now." NEVER mailing with this company again. read more

The man that works this store is very very rude. No customer service skills at all. Rude and ugly when he has to take time to explain how something works. He also charges more then the other store on Amity Road. I ended up leaving the store and going over to the other UPS on Amity road. Cheaper and customers service was great. read more

When I finally found someone, they were not wearing a badge or anything resembling a uniform, so it was awkward to ask if they were an employee; I mean, I was obviously wandering around trying to find something. Isn't it usual to ask a customer if you can help them? They looked up the item and told me it was delivery only. Well, I looked it up, too, before driving the distance out there and the official site said it was in stock. Also, Yelp's hours are not accurate. They open at 9 now and probably don't stay open as late (I didn't check), but I don't think it will matter for much longer.
