The lady came back with the font size blown up, to make a one page document into a page and a half, the font size I have on the text files is 12, standard size for legal work. She is changing the font sizes to make more pages. She tried to force me to pay for 6 pages that were unusable, before she would print it correctly and then charge me a 3rd time, I said "no", she immediately slammed my usb down on the desk and ordered me to get out. She claims I didn't tell her I wanted the one page document, all on the same page, which is a lie, I told her as she was taking it to the back, to print it, that was the purpose for the image file, if she couldn't do it correctly from the text files. I asked for her name and who the manager is, she claimed that she is the manager. So now I have to find out who she is and who is above her, to file a complaint, because if she is a manager, she certainly shouldn't be.

My mothers crystal-ruined. They need to analyze their chain of custody and figure out where the breakage is occurring. It seems like the box was purposely dropped.

Dear Greg, I wanted…read moreto take a moment to tell you about an absolutely exceptional experience I had at your UPS Store today -- and more importantly, about Persephone. From the moment I walked through the door, Persephone greeted me with such genuine warmth that I honestly felt like I had been coming into your store for years. I recently moved here from Phoenix, Arizona, where I became accustomed to being charged for practically every piece of tape, breath of air, and possibly eye contact -- so imagine my surprise when Persephone simply helped me tape up my box and made sure I was completely taken care of. But the tape isn't really why I'm writing. Your store was busy. There was a line, it was Saturday, and Persephone appeared to be handling an incredible amount of it practically by herself. Yet somehow, she never made me feel rushed, overlooked, or like I was just the next person in line. In fact, I barely even noticed the line. That is a gift. She stayed calm, cool, funny, quick-witted, professional, and completely in control of the room. She made me feel important while simultaneously taking care of everyone else. I walked in needing to mail a package and walked out in a noticeably better mood. She literally turned my day around. Greg, I don't know what Persephone's long-term plans are, but I can tell you this: that girl is going places. Employees can be trained to operate a register, ship a package, or follow procedures. You cannot easily train someone to make strangers feel genuinely seen and welcome while gracefully managing a crowded store. That's character, personality, composure, and exceptional customer service all rolled into one. So, Greg, from one very impressed customer: recognize this woman. Keep her. Invest in her. And if I were you, I'd seriously consider giving her a raise before somebody else realizes what you've got. Persephone, if you happen to see this: thank you. You made what should have been a completely ordinary Saturday errand memorable, and you reminded me how much one person's kindness can change another person's day. Phoenix may have the sunshine, but apparently Conway has Persephone. And considering Persephone is the name of a goddess, I suppose I should have expected nothing less. Warmly, Jennifer Ash

However, I have found he is present, direct (yet almost always right) and caring. He strikes me as a high-octane guy, trying to whittle down the line with his team pretty quick-- but I have watched him kindly wait for individuals who may not be as efficient as the the rest of us. I have had his assistance on things that are not his job to do. And I've not personally seen it, but I've had friends share stories of him acting incredibly gracious to our elderly population when they needed help. He's built a good staff around him that can handle simple requests, but know when to seek expertise. There are occasional gusts when the line get long- but the average wait is much shorter than most service establishments in Cabot- and as I watch the line, I'm not sure how you could profitably staff to improve it. But here's the important part- every time I have shipped something, it gets there safely and on-time (within their control). I've disagreed with their assistance on how to pack from time to time, but each time I've deferred to their judgment I've had my receivers very grateful.
