Its…read moreservices include copying, printing, packing, shipping, mailboxes, notary, shredding, scanning, and faxing. So far, I have used this business one time. On a Saturday, I arrived at the store as soon as it opened for the day. An employee unlocked the doors and let me inside the store. The employee immediately asked how she could help me. I had a large package to return to Amazon. The employee immediately scanned the return barcode from my Amazon email. She then applied a label to the package and gave me a receipt. The entire process lasted less than one minute! At the end, the employee told me to have a good day. Later that day, my Amazon account said that I had store credit on a gift card that was credited to my account.

It was a silk floral arrangement that needed to be contained in a box without the flowers on top being crushed, or the vase on bottom getting broken. Aaron did some serious magic....it involved gluing one box into another box, putting padding in between the two ... securing the vase to the bottom, and creating an inviolable chamber on top for the flowers to breathe in...making sure that if the box was thrown around in transit, everything would be safe. And it was. Truly amazing. They are also very nice to deal with. I really prefer going to this small, personal, thoughtful place where they take the time to problem solve, where they are sensitive to costs, and where they execute extremely well.

We tried to find out about shipping a simple box after wasting an hour on the world's worst website, fedex.com We called this store and spoke to a dopey kid for ... well, a long, long time ... while he actually said many, many things like this: "Duhhhh ... I don't get it. Are you trying to just ship the empty box?" Why does this happen? It happens because Fedex is the worst company on Earth, so no intelligent person will work for Fedex. How many news stories have we seen about Fedex drivers ... whom Fedex refused to classify as employees ... have just snapped and dumped hundreds, or even thousands, of packages in ditches, ravines, and other places in the woods? Too many times to count, that's how many. Fedex's website is utterly incompent and useless when you try to get info on shipping. Then Fedex refuses to connect you to a human being in its CHAT function, and every response from its incompetent A.I. robot is utterly irrelevant. That's the experience you have when you try to perform the simple act of finding out how much it costs to ship a damn package. Just imagine how bad it's going to be for you when you have a real and complex problem and you try to get Fedex to do something about it!
