I have often had good experiences at this store. But not ime.always. Now I am writing about UPS deliveries of packages. They are unable or unwilling to provide accurate information concerning the approximate expected delivery time. Today I was given a 12-hour window in which to expect delivery of an item that required a signature. Even after it was "out for delivery". This was a HUGE inconvenience, since we needed to ensure that someone was available for the signature and this became impossible with such a gigantic window of time. Surely with today's computers UPS could do a much, much, much better job of informing package recipients of their expected delivery time. Unless this changes, I do not see using UPS for any deliveries in the future if I can possibly help it. read more

My friend went in to return a package and asked for it to be taped. She was told they don't tape packages anymore because of an incident and was told to buy her own tape. She bought her own tape, taped her package and came back. We were shocked to see THE SAME WORKER who told my friend to tape her own package, taping someone else's. And that customer was a white woman. Utterly disgusting and racist. read more

This place is very interesting. You get different service based on the service type you seek. For example if you need a notary, they will provide that at a fee. If you want to return a product, they may make you play for box and packaging ("tape"). If you select Amazon return with free box and packaging, you bring I. The bare minimum packaging that the original product comes in, and they will pack and tape it for you. Very interesting. This place has it all. I think they even do passport photos? But don't quote me on that. Go and find out for yourself. And if you need to return some stuff, make sure you read all the fine print regarding your returns, esp the Amazon returns. I always love going to this UPS. The staff here is always super friendly, helpful and fast. I'm always able to bring my stuff in go in and come out with no problems or issues at all. They are definitely a all ones stop shop for packaging and shipping things out. Their prices for ground shipping is one of the best prices in the industry. read more

I'm not sure why this UPS store has such low reviews because I had the best experience on a busy Saturday morning! I was in and out within five minutes. And two people were ahead of me. I also would like to say that the guy working there on Saturday, July 13 at 9 AM deserves recognition! he was so incredibly helpful when I didn't have a box to ship my Amazon order. I really appreciated his exceptional customer service. He definitely deserves a raise! The service was amazing! And the fee for the box to ship it back was so incredibly reasonable. read more

I am a regular customer who usually just drops off returns for Amazon. The manager is extremely courteous, helpful, and acts like he cares. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the young staff. I may be old fashioned, but if you're serving the public, you need to smile and at least pretend like you care instead of acting like the customer is a burden to your busy day. read more

They helped me bring packages from the parking lot into the store. This was essential because I am handicapped.

I just want to say there are some very very sweet and caring people who work here. They never fail to greet you with words such as good morning or afternoon. Christy was very rude and unhelpful with an Amazon return. I brought in a boxed item that had a QR code for a package and print at store return. She argued stating she wouldn't take the return because the cardboard was too thin and the box was too small. When I explained that there are no specifications on UPS or Amazon website, she refused and said she'd only take it if it was in a bigger and thicker which seemed completely arbitrary to her own rules. read more

These guys work fast and ups driver pick up was on time at 5:30 pm. I got there at 5:30 talked to the driver then he said to me, "I cannot wait" and then just drove off without my four packages. I then went inside for like 30 seconds to get them checked in prior to the ups pick up for the next day. Also they said to be safe add an extra day for delivery. Lesson learned: don't wait until last day to mail packages because the delivery may be delayed (especially if you won't be here early to check in) - then your packages will be picked up the next day. 4 stars to teach me to be early and not just arrive at 5:30. read more

I don't even know why I bother w the post office! Such a hassle to make sure everything is boxed and taped etc before going to post office, all the while not knowing how much it would cost. God forbid something becomes loose, you'd have to buy USPS $5 roll of tape. I have had such pleasant experiences here! I bring nothing but the thing I want to ship, give to them to package safely (I've shipped iPhones and other fragile things to my Dad), they can tell me exactly how much before anything even gets started. AND they're so fast! Recent COVID experience was also great, everyone masked, behind plastic shield, hand sanitizer for customers at several places. I personally think it's much cheaper than USPS. Recently shipped a bulky soccer goal thing to my nephew (it was at least 4 ft long), $14 and he received it in less than 48hrs! Never going to post office again, thanks Davis UPS store! read more

How disappointing. They need to train their staff members better. I called, quite calmly, asking about an Amazon return I made earlier today. I was frustrated for sure, but was still very polite as I myself work at a front desk and I 100% understand how hard customer service can be sometimes. The staff member Christy talked to me in such an impatient manner, even speaking foul language which is so unprofessional. I was understanding of what she said, however, she could've explained it in a better way instead of making me feel like a fool. I miss the old staff there. They were always so kind and patient. And I would always tell my friends to go to that UPS because I had such good experiences back then. I'm not sure if management has changed within this past year or what, I felt mistreated or belittled almost every time I go there. I know for sure I'll avoid this store at all cost now. Please train your employees better, especially Christy. They have a quick temper which seems like anger issues to me. I was here dropping off my return package. There was a huge line but only one person frantically trying to get everything done (kinda felt bad for him). He actually was pretty attentive and friendly to the customers regardless of the line getting longer. In the end he ended up just telling the people with pre-paid packages to just dump it on the counter (if they didn't want a receipt). I was a little uneasy about that since I wanted to make sure but I didn't want spend more time standing there waiting (as the girl in the front had messed something up on the package labeling). Final Thoughts: It's a pretty small store. You can get things notarized here too but I haven't tried that before. Just ok overall. read more

The quintessential small business. They are almost always busy, but no matter how busy they are always fast, calm, focussed and professional. They provide great service, answer questions and help find the best prices. Over the past 10 years my wife and I have sent 100s of package, not to mention 100s of Amazon returns without any issues.
