I frequent this UPS store and always receive excellent service. I recently had a difficult package to processes and Gene's help was nothing short of 100%. I recommend the UPS at 175 S. Bottom Line: This is one of those places that you have to go to for specific needs. That being said - THIS UPS ALWAYS has THE most Courteous and Efficient Staff I have ever encountered. Consistently! Yes I go here often for my Amazon returns but I've also come for copies and other mailing needs. They are always so responsive, quick, efficient and it's a pleasure to do business with them. Everyone should have a UPS store in their neighborhood with stellar employees such as the ones at 175 S. Sandusky St in Delaware. I inadvertently left an item at a local hotel who refused to return it to me even though I offered to pay them for the service. Blake at UPS arranged for a personal pickup from hotel and called me back when he had the item in his possession. Only then did he ask for my credit card information. The charge was reasonable and the item arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and tucked in a box with paper at my home a few states away. This service turned a bad personal situation into a success. I contacted "Blake" at this location, asking for a special rush order for a memorial service that is on Monday. Not only was Blake friendly and helpful, he was compassionate and caring about getting the project completed quickly and exactly as I requested. Although the store does not have a laser cutter to cut the card stock, Blake referred me to stop at Another local business to get them cut inexpensively. I expected to pay extra due to the short notice, but was even given a special price, as they wanted to share their empathy for the family who lost their daughter. I don't need things shipped often but when I have I have never had an issue with this store. The staff has always been friendly and I've gotten right in and out. There is plenty of parking and it's easy to get in and out of and is located next to other businesses if you're out doing other errands. read more

Wow. What a nightmare! Employee Tyler was an inept fool. I called and called and called and no one answered and it went into voicemail. Finally someone answered and immediately hung up the phone. This happened twice! After robo dialing them like a crazy person, Tyler finally answers and when I complain about no one answering and then someone hanging up on me twice he says he has been very busy. BUSY??? Are you kidding? So busy for the past four hours you couldn't answer the phone at all. NO WAY is that true. Then when I asked them if they still had a package I just dropped off they said it had already been picked up. He didn't look, he didn't ask for my tracking number. Instead he suggested I call the Marion Hub. He gave me the Marion hub number which was wrong. I looked up the number myself and called and they indicated that my package was indeed still in my local store in Delaware. OMG!!!!!!! I called back to the Delaware store and again no one answered and it went into voice mail over and over again. Finally (I must have called 20 times) a person working with Tyler answered. He said they had been busying "working". At this point I was super angry. I told him that the Marion Hub (by looking up my tracking info) said my package was indeed still in the Delaware store. He asked for the tracking number. He then tells me he cannot find it and there is no package with that number. OMG! While I had him on the phone I pulled up tracking info for this package myself. I told him I am currently looking at the tracking info based on the number I JUST GAVE YOU. He said he couldn't help it. And it wasn't his fault that he wasn't finding it in his system. WTF!!!! I am still absolutely no where with this situation. I am afraid if I go to the store directly I am going to choke the shiz out of these two numbskulls.
