I have to print things off here due to Covid, working from home and not having a printer. This is the second time (2/2) that they haven't had my print order ready when I go to pick up after the "due time" on their site, and I have to wait 20 mins for it to download and print. The first time, I put the order in the day before, and this time I put it in in the morning and came in at 6pm to pick up. Neither time were they super busy. When you order prints online to pick up, you should be able to pick them up by the designated time and definitely after it... I work FT and am a student at night so I have a very thin slot to pick up prints I need for work or school. This location needs to check their print orders more often! I love this store and all the staff inside it! I frequently stop in to mail packages and I always have a great experience. The employees are really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well staffed and I rarely have to wait- I can just step right up and be served! In and out and such a pleasant experience. Everyone who works here earns 5 stars every day! I dropped two identical packages off to be sent to the same repair center using boxes and preprinted, self-adhering labels that that company had sent me. One of the boxes arrived at the center in tact. The label on the second box had been torn off and taped to a third box completely unrelated to my shipment. I don't know if it was a prank or out-and-out vandalism but the second box I shipped has not been located let alone returned. Dealing with UPS customer service is a nightmare...you have to file the claim online, an agent cannot help you. Even though I was shipping the items, because the custom boxes were sent to me with preprinted labels, the repair center is considered the "shipper" and is required to file the claim. Though the repair center has very little vested interest, they have been kind enough to put effort in this. UPS has continually obfuscated the process and (I believe) are dragging it out so they can claim that 60 days have passed and they don't have to do anything. Anyway, it all started at the Broadway store and I am holding little hope at this point either the store or UPS will make it right... read more

Slightly hidden in the Big Kmart strip mall place off of Alameda and Broadway, this is hard to navigate to the parking area by the store, but otherwise it is a great store for your UPS and mail box needs!! Hint :it's next to the subway which is next to the Albertson's. read more

I really never thought that I would give a shipping/mailing store a 5 star rating but this UPS store is really as good as it gets. In planning a move from out-of-state I needed a mailbox for my personal and business mail before I actually moved here so that there would be zero interruption to my business. USPS actually denied me a box because I didn't actually live here yet even though I could supply them with a signed lease and several forms of photo ID. I have always had a PO Box so I was verklempt. After a latte and some googling, I wandered into the UPS store like a stray puppy and told them that I was a USPS reject. They said they could help and within 10 minutes I had my new mailbox. Judging by the previous reviews, I must have hit this place at the wrong time. I had a prepaid package ready to go, and there was no clear place to drop it off, so I waited. This store is really poor. I have gone there twice to fax something and they messed up. The first time they convinced me I must have transposed the numbers and I didn't get my money back for a fax that never went through. This time they said it kept getting stuck at page 1 and I finally asked for my money back and she acted all huffy like it wasn't their fault the fax didn't go through. I was searching my brain for somewhere else nearby and walked over to Office Max (why didn't I think of that first?). The fax went through right away, no problem. I got a receipt and it cost me 1.50 less. At least for faxing they are really awful. read more

Had a time sensitive package on a Saturday afternoon. I called this store asked if they could ship something to be delivered tomorrow specifically saying "Sunday"? Person I spoke with said yes we can do that so I headed down and payed over $100 dollars to have my package end up delivered on Monday. Missed a huge opportunity due to all this and payed over $100 for nothing. So I tried to ask for a refund staff and management ignored me for over 2 weeks. I had to keep calling and leaving messages with no reply. Then the owner proceeded to call me a lair and said he couldn't help me. I won't ever use this store again read more

This is not my typical UPS location and after my experience this week I will not return no matter how convenient the location may be for me. Everyone working was not helpful in anyway when trying to print a label. From my understanding that these are franchised owned so they all run differently but $2 for a label is ridiculous when my instructions on the return label said they would take care of this for me. Also, there was a similar issue with another customer at this time and when they left the store the employee proceeded to talk about her in a negative way in front of other employees and customers. This is the best UPS store I have been to. Louie was extremely helpful. I had been to 2 other UPS stores trying to get several hundred prints and neither place had been helpful. The staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly. They have always been honest with me and spent 30 minutes once trying to figure out the cheapest way to mail a package. I didn't even end up sending it with them and they were still really nice and had no problem spending so long helping me. Like everyone else, I've had to mail several packages this holiday season which never seems to be an overly pleasant experience. However, the staff at The UPS Store on S Broadway went above and beyond to help me today. In a rush this afternoon I forgot to enclose 1 of the gift items for my sister that was set to be delivered to her and her family next week. I went back to the store a few hours later and the employees (Jasmine specifically) went through A LOT of packages to find mine just so I could add this last gift. Jasmine could have easily told me that they weren't going to be able to locate my package and I would just have to send it on its own. I'm so thankful for Jasmine's patience and willingness to help when she didn't need to and honestly, it would have been easier for her to just have me ship it separately. This is the type of place I want to get in and out of, and the service here ensures that one is easily able to get in and out in a hurry. Visited 2 times in 3 days (Hey, sometimes the boots look better on the Zappos website than they do in person, and a girl needs the perfect pair of brown boots, you know?) and both times the staff was courteous, efficient and helpful. I have only been to this location once. I had already packaged and labeled my book return, walked into the store and waited for a minute at the counter while they printed out a receipt for the woman in front of me. Afterwards, I handed them my package, received my receipt and went on my merry way. I loved that I didn't have to wait very long, seeing as I was in a hurry in the first place. Efficiency is key! This place is my last choice when shipping and i only go here on emergency instances. Been here 3 times. Inefficient, i was in line and got skipped twice until someone else standing in line pointed out that i was in line. Didnt know i had to speak up to get service. Poor service, they never listened to anything i said. Super over priced. Ive been to other ups stores where the package cost a third of what it does here. I ship a lot of the exact same packages. I run a small online business so i spend a lot of time in postage centers and the like. Very over priced. The only thing convenient is the hours. Its a bummer if i have to go here. Also! I brought a parcel in with already paid postage attached and they made me buy new postage for it. Im not sure why but ive never had to buy postage from any other ups store if i already had paid for adequate postage. read more

today, the ups store employees acted as if (1) they could not mail the package for which i had amazon.com return data but the employees were too lazy to look it up and generate a label for the return as they have in the past (i've successfully returned three or more items to amazon.com at the store using both scan and numbers from the amazon.com return data (2) i tried to call their main office and they hung up on me and now (3) i've notified the f.b.i. and i'm going to notify the better business bureau because i think they are racist and made their minds up not to do anything for me, when i came in. they're hiring red haired caucasian(s) who color their hair to brunette. read more

I sent an 80 page document to be printed at this location and when I went to pick it up, it was like I was on that show "boiling point." First, the girl at the desk didn't know how to work the computer and asked me to come behind the desk to print the document. Then the manager tried to print it (I had been told it was ready to pick up) and he printed an off- centered document with pages missing in the middle. I asked him to reprint it and he yelled at me! When I say yelled, I mean he was yelling so loud that other customers in the store stopped what they were doing to watch. All I was asking for was for him to do his job. I left without my document and I will go out of my way never to go back. read more

I had to ship 4 dining room chairs to California...thanks to UPS on Ebay I was quoted a very low quote (what do I know, I never had to ship chairs before). I cannot tell you how above and beyond Kathy and Harri went for me. They got me a tremendously low price (not as low as the Ebay quote-but what does Ebay know-nevermind, I'll get to them somewhere else) and gave me discounts and wrapped them extra carefully. (These were very high end mid-century modern chairs.) These two people were so extra ordinary in their customer service skills...absolutly amazing. I had resigned myself to the fact that customer service and common courtesy were dead....not so at this particular store. If ever I have to ship anything again, I will drive past the 3 closer to my home and look forward to walking into this store and being treated with kindness. Bravo! Bravo! Bravo! read more

On Nov9 I took a package to the UPS store at 303 S Broadway to send to my daughter, it was a sealed fortified container, strongest one I could find, inside were 2 books of silver coins and 1 gold coin in a small box. When my daughter got the package the sealed container was gone, the 2 books of silver coins were loose in a UPS box along with packing material, and the gold coin missing. I had insured the package for $2000, the cost I paid to send it was $104.52. It is obvious to me that someone got into the sealed package, took the gold coin, and repackaged the rest. I have been back twice to make a complaint, I also called UPS corporate headquarters, no one at UPS has ever contacted me. The gold coin (one ounce) is worth about $1200. The only response I got was an employee at the store said the claim was denied because they don't know what was in the package, or something like that. It seems to me then that insurance at UPS is meaningless. I have filed a police report and a complaint to BBB. I am sure somebody along the way got my daughter's gold coin. read more

This is the worst UPS location I have ever worked with and is night and day compared with the UPS on University Boulevard near first Avenue in Cherry Creek. Overall the store is disorganized, the staff are not well-informed and give poor information, and if you do you have an issue that requires escalation the owner is NOWHERE to be found. I shipped a package to myself and it was as if I asked them assemble a nuclear bomb it was so complicated. And UPS customer service on the phone - of course, an overseas call center who refused to give me a refund and was unable to provide any true assistance. UPS stinks, but if you have to use them I would go to University Boulevard location. Staff are a bit older, seem to take pride in their work and very efficient. read more

Most UPS Stores in Denver close at 6:30. This one claims to be open until 7:00. Called before I left my house to confirm they were open until 7:00. I drove across town and arrived at 6:50. Store was already locked and employees were inside vacuuming and I was told to come back the next day. Claiming to stay open later than other stores appears to be a gimmick by this store. read more
