Exterior Located in the Publix plaza at the corner of Macland and Powder Springs Rd. They're located at the corner of the plaza, so there's lots of parking but you do have to watch out for people coming around that corner at breakneck speeds. Like pretty much all UPS stores, the doors swing outward & there's no ADA push plate so if you're trying to enter with an armful of packages you are out of luck. Interior Bright, well-lit and small. Pretty much like all UPS stores. Customer Service After taking care of my Amazon returns, the young man assisting me interrupted 2 people at the computer to check for my print job. He asked me to confirm the address with the address listed on the laminated half sheet on the counter. I saw storeprint2280 - said Yes. I re-sent it. Also, turns out that the 2 people that I thought were customers were actually 1 customer and 1 associate. She had long braids, Rx eyeglasses and she was wearing a puffy black jacket (hence my thinking she was a customer). She shouted "it still hasn't come through!" I told her, "it's for me - I'm the customer." And she snapped, "I know, I was telling her." I thought shouting across the store - especially with us standing right there - was pretty unprofessional. While standing there awkwardly, I remembered that I'd received an email confirmation from the store. I told the other associate. He just shrugged. I checked the email address on the counter again - realized that the domain was "gmail.com" NOT "theupsstore.com" listed on the website, so I relayed this to another associate. She said, "Oh. Yeah. We don't use that one." So I forwarded it their gmail address. Next a young blonde associate with extremely long eyelashes comes over, opens the email & asks me if this is it. I say yes. She sends it to the printer. I ask her if she realized that it was tabloid paper, not letter & she said the printer will automatically select it. Job prints on tabloid paper, but it's B&W. Blonde associate sticks the B&W print job in the bin and tells associate with braids "it came out B&W" - then she walks toward the line of customers asking them if they have Amazon returns. The associate with braids comes over - sends print job again. On the screen's print preview, I can see that job is now split across multiple pages. I point this out & she says, "it just looks like that." She sends the job anyway and of course, it comes out on the wrong size paper, split across 4 pages. She drops them in the bin - scrolls back over - no acknowledgement that she was wrong, no apology - adjusts the settings and sends it again. At this point, I've been in the store for about 20 minutes. Price / Value My cousin mentioned that she'd used UPS (a store in Charleston, SC) instead of Office Depot or Staples to print some oversized images I'd designed for my Uncle & Aunt's 50th wedding anniversary. She said when she checked UPS was cheaper than OD or Staples, so I made a mental note to check their prices the next time I needed something printed. I should note here that my primary gig is IT Consulting, but I work part-time as a graphic designer. Most of my clients are fine with an electronic draft sent via email, but every now & then - someone will want to see a printed copy. I should also note that I have an excellent color laser jet printer that prints beautiful copies & I have two online companies that I outsource to if my clients need serious bulk printing (500 or more copies). I say all this to say - it's really rare that I need anything printed at a local place, so it's been a long time since I checked pricing. My color printer won't print 11 x 17 pages. I called UPS for a quote to print my draft. I was told that the price was $1.27 per page. When I got ready to check out, I'm told that the price is $1.27 + $1.27 + $2.50. I inquire about the $2.50 & I'm told that this is a computer usage fee. I tell them when I called this was not mentioned in the price quoted. Response is 'Yeah ..." with a grimace & a shoulder shrug. I tell them I'll get it printed at Office Depot and depart. Other While I was waiting on second email to transmit, I mentioned that the email listed on the website should probably be updated. Associate said there was nothing they could do, but I could tell the manager - gestured to the woman standing next to her. When the mgr finished with the task she was performing, she asked me how she could help and I repeated my suggestion. She kinda just shrugged and blew me off. I checked - and found out that no UPS store should be using a gmail account to receive documents from customers. Gmail is not secure and they specifically warn businesses to NOT use Gmail accounts in instances where customers might be sending information that's medically sensitive (protected by HIPAA) or documents with SSN#'s, birthdates, etc.

He is horrible and his workmanship is too. I honestly think these reviews come from a google algorithm he purchased. I was told of a few things he'd be able to including the windshield of my vehicle and after keeping my car for six days overnight - he didn't. I found this out at pick up. Prior to dropping my car off, I told him my expectations and how I pay attention to detail regarding my vehicle. I made a comment that if you see anything, PLEASE let me know prior to wrapping as this is a brand new car with 200 miles on it. When I went to pick my vehicle up there was a chip in the paint on hood from a rock that he covered up with wrap. The windshield tint wasn't done and the wrap wasn't completed on parts of my car. The tint on the windows wasn't properly applied and it wasn't machine cut as he indicated it would be so it looked HORRIBLE! AFTER SIX DAYS! AFTER SIX DAYS OF HAVING MY CAR!! Like wth were you doing? Your reasoning for having my car that long was because YOU like to pay attention to detail, but you didn't. You mentioned you liked to TUCK all of the wrap, but it wasn't! I talked to him about the deficiencies of the job and he told me he would refund me the portion he didn't do! He took $300 off because he didn't want me to make a review, AS HE INDICATED. When I left, I thought the car was in much better shape than what the naked eye could see. Here we are two months later and I can see everything only after putting an additional 350 miles on my car. The wrap on my wing is spotted and the cheap ass 3M wrap around my car is peeling off because he DIDN'T tuck the wrap as he indicated and he had his employee do this botch job. Again, THIS MAN SAID ALL OF MY WRAP IS TUCKED SO THERE WON'T BE ANY LINES!! (That's why I thought he'd needed the car for so long because my other vehicles took a day and they were bigger) So now I have to get ALL of this pulled off and redone because he is not answering calls or responding to text messages! So, I'm out 3k to get this done because of this bad job when I should have been refunded for the whole thing at the start - LIKE I ASKED. This man did nothing right with my wrap, NOTHING. The front tint had to be done over because of the imperfect cut, the hood had to be done over because he wrapped over a rock chip! *sigh. Now my whole vehicle has to be wrapped again. Whew! Jesus be a fence. This was just a trash trash TRASH experience! Trust me, he knows it! Thank GOD for my bank. Back to TINT WORLD I go! I should have stuck with Tint World, but this guy had so many great reviews and the prices were cheaper! I guess this is what I get! Botched reviews, botched service! George buddies me by suggesting I visit the store and he could walk me through label crreation. The Fed Ex website was down for two weeks and my situation was desperate and time was running out. The expectation surpassed the experience and George walked me through setting up the label and emailing it in PDF form to my client. The rest was history. Because I have an account my tracking for the package was simplified once the package was accepted in the FedEx ecosystem. Good help is hard to find, and George was leaving support to this location because of staff shortage. His normal office is in Buckhead near Phipps Plaza. When I need help, trust I will be putting on the extra miles if necessary to connect with George. The biggest challenge and area of opportunity is Fed Ex's phone lines. They connect you to anAI source that doesn't comprehend very well when the customer needs are urgent. Instead if you don't choose the correct option which is super slim it will disconnect you. I was disconnected on at least 8 times before someone picked up the phone. Fed Ex spends tons of money on this system without keeping the needs of the customer first. Maybe this experience will render an evaluation and things will change

I noticed Sunday that the package had not been picked up, it didn't have any scans from FedEx. So, Monday April 7th around 9:00 am shortly after Mail Central was open, I went in to ask Troy (the store owner) why my package had not been picked up. She said I must have dropped off later than I thought, I said I know I dropped the package off around 11:00 am. Then she went on to blame FedEx for not picking it up. As the store owner she took no accountability for the package not getting shipped nor did she offer any ideas on how she would fix the error to make sure it would not happen again. I left the package with her hoping Friday was a fluke and that she would make sure my package would be picked up on Monday afternoon at their normal FedEx pick up time. Monday came and went with no FedEx scan on the tracking. So, on Tuesday April 8th I went in to Mail Central again to see what had happened. Troy was not at the store, so I talked to the employee on duty. She stated that all the FedEx packages were picked up. I said that I wanted to looked to see if my package had been picked up. It was absolutely clear that FedEx did not pick up again. I took my package, made a new label and took it to the UPS store. With Troy knowing me and my husband since 2018 when we began dropping of packages at Mail Central, I expected more customer service from her. I expressed to her the urgency I had in needing to get this package shipped, because on eBay you only have a couple of days to get it shipped. I feel like she at the very least should have called me (my phone number was on the shipping label). I feel like she has no urgency to fix what was happening with FedEx or to service her customers.

Note: They are in the plaza with Walmart - but they are on the far end of he plaza…read more The first time I used this company was over a year ago and while the print quality on the postcards wasn't up to my clients / nor my standards - they acknowledged it and did the honorable, appropriate thing to make it right. The business cards turned out great though - and it was a less than 24 hour turnaround. I've used them a few times since then - and here's what I've found. The prices are very affordable and the staff is pretty responsive. I can't give them 5 stars because twice now, one of the owners / staff members has gotten snappish & snippy with me about something that I had no way of knowing was not included because to be quite honest - I'm used to it being included when dealing with print kiosks in Office Depot, Staples and even when dealing with actual print shops like Prima Flyers. Once - it was a laminating / mounting issue - and the last time - it was a trimming issue (which - in my defense - I had indicated that they needed to be trimmed in my initial request). When I apologized for assuming that it was included and said I would take care of it myself - that really didn't seem to help. Also - the last two times I've visited the shop - I experienced a little ___. When I came in - one staff member had clearly finished with a transaction - and was just chatting with the client - and another staff member was standing there listening. And I was left to stand there while they finished chatting. And then it happened again - but the last time - it wasn't a customer - it was a guy trying to solicit business. I didn't really mind the chatting - but I felt that it would have been nice, if at least one person would have said, "Excuse me" to the person, then made eye contact with me, and said, "I'll be right with you." Or something to that effect. I'm from a very small town - so I'm just not used to not being greeting or acknowledged when I walk into any place of business - so I'm probably more sensitive to that then someone who's used to life in 'the big city.' Their shop isn't fancy but their customer service is what you would expect from the Ritz. I walked into their shop almost 45 mins after closing and was treated like their most valuable customer. Not only did they tell me to email my business card vector files anytime that night, but also that his wife would make any graphical changes to make it look "amazing on paper". I looked stressed because I work a high stress job- they could care less about my appearance or the money in my pockets or the car I was driving. They cared about me and took a personal interest in my situation. 130lb paper. After closing hours. UV coated. Ready for pick up before they technically open.... You don't find that very often; but when you do, you park your car next to Starbucks and take the time to appreciate those who take pride in their work. If the owners end up reading this, I just want to say thank you for everything. If you are a possible customer- I assure you that MetroGraphics is the best in industry.
