Never had a problem with this store. The employees are always polite. The only issue with this store are the customers. I swear no one in the qc knows how to form a line. They stand 6ft apart and 8ft from the customer service desk so it easily puts the line out the door or you cant even get in the door because people are standing right in front of it. They should put down some tape or something to help with the customer line issue. read more

The lovely couple who operate this store are working their a55es off and dealing with surly, rac|st, rude and entitled folks from the area day in and day out. I witnessed it when I went in to ship a package. They are stressed tf out and you can tell. I felt really terrible for them. The problem is not this place, it's the brunt of people they have coming in and yelling at them. I know because I saw it. So to every person who said "They didn't smile at me" DID YOU SMILE AT THEM? I doubt it. I grew up here. I know how poc are treated. They took care of me, she didn't smile, and I didn't blame her one bit. I saw what she was dealing with. I wouldn't smile either. If you are someone in the quad city surrounding area that has purchased from Amazon in the past 6mo-1y and have had to return something (so basically everyone) you know that the state of Amazon returns in our market is a literal sh1tshow. Most UPS stores have closed down, Amazon is now actively surcharging and dissuading people from choosing UPS Store and funneling people to Staples, and the Staples employees who's 'other duties as required' job requirement recently became 'Amazon returns desk scan person forever and ever.',hates their life and the lives of every person who bought something from amazon and is therefore standing in front of them. Knowing that background I took a few deep breaths and walked into this store - that thankfully didn't have a line going out the door. Reader: What I saw amazed me and restored my faith in humanity in this country and this year. I was about 10th in line, and there was what appeared to be a shift lead and two other workers - three total - serving customers. I am not exaggerating when I say literally every customer from the savvy 'here's my barcode hit it and I go' to the confused and not understanding - received the best customer service I've seen anywhere recently. Excellent manners from all, and despite what was likely NOT a fun job - all day every day due to every other option either closing up or making the amazon customer feel like crap - didn't seem to matter. Smiles, manners, infinite patience - I saw it from all three, received it from one, and saw it demonstrated by that either team lead or store manager. "Tone at the top" is real. If your people are miserable their boss is likely not good either. Reverse is true - all three were phenomenal. On the spot I decided I would write this review regardless of how many little errands have to wait. If you're a customer walking through the door - I get it. We don't want to be there. Front desk lied to me told me they dont take account numbers I told them that is a lie So I asked him to call his manager they manager told me they do in fact take accounts and he was wrong to fill out a way bill I said ok Ill fill one out. I then asked the person who said they dont take accounts lie to me tell me they dont give waybills to customers. A shipping company that doesnt use way bills Ya I know insane right. so then my Boss calls the store and they throw me under the bus and tell me they do everything and lied to him as well making me look bad I seriously want to sue this place. Also the employee stole 3$ from a customer he announce heres a 20$ and a 5$ and I watch him hand her a 20$ and a 5$. She then tells him he gave her ones and if he argued with her stealing his 3$ she would ban him from the store. This place seriously should be investigated by the state. Do not go there to drop off your free shipping for Amazon. It is suppose to be free shipping but they wanted to charge me to package it which I had the box Because I didn't have the tape on it. Just moved here and had some amazon returns. Waited in line patiently and when I was called up I let the Indian lady know I had three separate labels on my phone. She immediately yelled loudly "is anyone actually ready?!?" to the people behind me in line. It took me about 7.2 seconds to open my phone and click on the label. Now mind you, I spend tons on Amazon and just moved here, so I will have several returns. Because of this rude lady I will drive farther just to avoid this location and just go to Kohls. At least I'll get a 10% coupon. Also while I was checking out because apparently I owed $4 to ship one back she had another customer come up and use the keypad where I was standing. Rude! read more

We needed to ship a very fragile porceline eagle statue to Nashville, Tn. We were afraid that it wouldnt make it there in one peice. Anna (not sure I spelled her name right) said that she would personally wrap it for shipment. The eagle arrived in perfect shape and I was there to unwrap it. you could see that she had put a lot of extra care in packing it, it was very well done. The customer revive at this location is dismal. Spend a few extra minutes and go anywhere else (fedex is 9 minutes away, ups store in Bettendorf is 16 minutes). The employees at this store do their very best to up charge you for anything, combined with poor communication skills it makes a difficult and expensive experience. read more

Every time I go in I am treated like I am an inconvenience to the workers. They are rude and dismissive to all customers. They take advantage of them and up charge them that is constant with the charges at other UPS stores. The customer service is horrific. I would suggest going to a UPS store that is willing to treat customers with respect and not scam them for fees that do not exist. read more

Excellent service - these people really know their stuff. Recently I had the need to ship 14 items from East Moline to California. To me, UPS was the logical shipper so I sought out this agency. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and provided top-notch service. Ten of my boxes were normal size but heavy, and the others needed expert packing and handling -- three boxes contained irreplaceable family heirlooms, the fourth box was a two-seat sofa weighing 120 pounds! The sofa also had to be shipped via UPS Freight. These folks took care of everything 100%. read more
