This UPS is the worst franchise I have ever been to. It's the closest to my house so I have gone a few times and each time I thoroughly regret not driving 20 minutes further to the other location. Pre-pandemic, I was denied service to bring back my cable box when I arrived 30 minutes before close. I called the 1800 # for UPS to complain and they told me to go back inside and tell them they had to serve me until they were officially closed. When I walked back to the door at 15 minutes before close- they locked it. I've come back, post-pandemic two times- and lines are so long you have to wait outside. Understanding staffing is short everywhere- I don't mind the wait- it's the fact that the service is rude once it is my turn. 40 minutes to send a package I already have a label for and customer service that does not reflect an appreciation for the wait time. This franchise needs new management. read more

I go in today for stamps, they charge .75 each, so I mail my friends tax returns but say I will have to go to the post office for stamps, the guy on the other register yells, we would rather you go there! Unbelievable people suck and their customer service is terrible, I will be boycotting ups never to return. They ship for my company as well and damage everything, well guess what, there are other shipping companies! read more

Can't give it 5 stars bc I didn't need a special service. Notary for one page and kinda on the expensive side $4. In Illinois it had been $1-2 maybe. Good customer service and pretty empty. Overall I'll use it again. Pretty close and nice to have in the area. read more

Don't come here!!! They will steal your money and lose your packages. I came in and shipped some very important priceless items. I was told that they would show up on Friday. Friday comes by and only one box shows up. The tracking numbers on the receipt doesn't work and no one wants to help. I keep calling but they either put me on hold or don't answer. No amount of insurance will will cover the lost of family heirlooms. read more

1 Star is too high!! Please look for another UPS Store in the area this one is a complete joke. I call and asked if I could have 3 packages shipped to the store for a work event in the area Jason the manager said no problem. All I would have to do is pay a small per package for a handling fee. I agreed and shipped 3 packages to the store. They then refused and returned one package back to the store in Ohio that I shipped from and then the next day when the other two packages arrived they refused them and sent them back to the nearest processing center to be held. The best part is they never called and let me know that they did any of this, I only found out from the when the one package was sent back to me in Ohio. When asked why they refused the packages after they said they would accept them they said they had a policy change within 12 hours of agreeing to accept the packages...I then asked why they did not call me to tell me about the packages and they said they did not need to. WHAT A JOKE!!!!Please use any other UPS Store. read more
