I asked for tape and got the cops called on me. Yes, I'm black and this is the only reason why she called the cops. I was nothing but professional and kind. This lady who was at this location was unhinged and irrational to the point that she called the cops on me for asking for tape. I had four packages and was running late and didn't have the time to tape them so as I've done before I asked for tape. This was clearly the wrong move and this lady was not having it. When she denied me the tape I asked if they had a customer service line I could call and ask about the policy, she lost it after giving me the number. She was yelling and even threw some of my items in the floor. As I was on the line with customer service she was still yelling at me. I asked her for her name and she replied "my name is George" with customers in line. The representative on the phone said it wasn't ok and overheard it all, that's where they provided me the corporate line and encouraged me to report this as it wasn't ok. The cops show up and the lady was all of a sudden mum and didn't say a word to the cops. The Eden Prairie Police Officers were pleasant and were confused by it all. They apologized and told me this is odd and how she was irrational and off. I while on the line with corporate helped me take my packages to my car. They laughed that this lady even had the idea to call the cops. I apologized them for having her waste their time and efforts. I reported the concerns and maybe two hours later got a call from the owner, +1 (952) 934-5428 I thought he was calling to apologize and take ownership, nope. I gave too much credit to him. He was rude and unprofessional himself. He called to tell me she was right and that he is the one who suggested her to call the cops and was fine with it. He then hung up on me. Wow!! I will never take a package to this location and ask for tape ever if this is what you get. Mind you, I could've paid for the tape if she said it would cost this much to use the tape but no that wasn't an option. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would! The tall male clerk is extremely rude, impatient and condescending!!! When returning an Amazon order for a friend who had major surgery he asked me 3 times in less than 1 minute which items were associated with each order. He could OBVIOUSLY see I was looking AND I asked him to give me a moment to verify. He continued to berate me as I was searching! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR ANY SERVICES!!! Horrendous service. I went there last Saturday, and there was a young and a more senior female employees. I had the bad luck to get the younger one. She was rude and when I asked if they did the service, the first thing she told me was that they did not, until the more senior employee said they did. Then she followed with a clear unpleasant mood saying that she did not how to do. Long story short, after almost 20 minutes and still did not have the record of the transaction, but no apologies, just a very angry face like I was responsible for her incompetence. I was berated for entering through the back entrance. There are no signs anywhere except the floor indicating that it is now only "one way". I only saw them when they were Pointed out. Employee explained I was putting everyone's safety at risk in mean tone, all while wearing her face mask around her neck. read more

I've always dropped off amazon returns at this location. Recently I switched to late evenings due to the staff in the mornings. The elder woman has no sense of customer service. She seems to have no want to help or resolve any issues when i asked about my amazon return. read more

I mailed a package on May 23rd and the recipient did not get everything I sent in that one package. The UPS representative who received my package was MAJEWSKI. I will not return to this location as I don't trust them. I've never had any problems with any other location...only this one. read more

The people working here esp the older couple are the rudest people I've ever encountered in any retail services situation. They have no knowledge of customer service and shouldn't be working much less around people looking to do business with them. Avoid this location at all cost!!! read more

Thank you, @ups, for the "stellar" delivery of my son's custom made cake for our party this weekend. After going to YOUR store and speaking to YOUR STAFF on how to properly package and ship, it was delivered carelessly and the cake is damaged and unusable. While I can understand the mistake and the need for photos to prove the damage, it is the interrogation, aka interview, you've had us endure the past 4 days which has been a nightmare. When you attempted to retrieve the cake, it was odd, but okay. Similar to receiving the wrong pizza and the restaurant requiring to see it first in order to get the correct order. The lack of communication and accountability is astounding. On the other hand, you've done a wonderful job of wasting our time when we need to be focused on other things. We truly know "what Brown can do for you" means. read more

When I walked in and set my box down she immediately says "You'll be lucky if that makes it" I did have a heavy package but I was sure to reinforce the box so it wouldn't be a problem. I just have to say, I had an awful experience at this store today. I'm not normally one to write complaints but felt it very necessary after leaving in tears. My child was looking at greeting cards while I was being helped. The woman behind the counter asked me to not let him do so, if they were bent she couldn't sell them. I understood, so I went to remove one from his hand. My child being 3, of course increased his grip and bent said card. I apologized immediately and told her I would purchase it, meanwhile my child proceeded to meltdown. She was VERY cold, gave me a look like "See what I mean, and yes of course your buying it," when I can tell you that he had looked at probably 10 cards before that, and very gently put them back in their place without bending a single one. I apologized numerous times, obviously very embarrassed and shared with her that my child is Autistic and sometimes meltdowns happen all while still apologizing profusely. She didn't say a word to me other than the transaction. I felt very judged, zero sympathy or compassion and honestly don't feel like I can ever step foot in this store again with or without my child. It's not the first time I've seen employees be unpleasant to other customers at this store either. Friendly customers get one word answers and treated as more of an inconvenience than a customer. I have worked in customer service for 15 years and can't imagine ever treating a customer this way, let alone a mother with a special needs child trying to remedy a situation while clearly very embarrassed. read more
