Weekends and peak times are a little slow, but the guy tries his best .. really appreciate his work and he always clarifies all questions patiently . lots of parking outside . I would give this place ZERO stars if I could believe me! Let me start off by saying UPS is the biggest joke of all time when it comes to delivery service! You have a better shot at ordering/shipping something and using a horse to deliver it! They don't give a single crap about their customers. Their delivery drivers are liars and all these "franchise" owned places are a joke! Allegedly UPS tried to deliver my package today which was $8 and requires a signature but never rang the bell and just left a note on my door saying to come pick it up. After almost 2 hours on the phone with a more then helpful Amazon Rep names Andy and an incompetent UPS Rep named Qua, I was told since I "missed" the delivery I could either wait till Monday (9 days late) or go to this location to pick up my package. So I make an attempt to go pick up the package at 6pm. A man named Naser rudely said he didn't have my package so he didn't know what to tell me basically meaning "go kick rocks". So I call the UPS call center to double check and they CONFIRM with me my package was signed for there at 545pm. I call back to tell them that my package was signed for at their location as a girl who was probably more rude then Naser named Assel told me that UPS and their UPS Store are not the same entity! Did I miss something there or did UPS just tell me they're not UPS? I tried to ask her why my package was signed for by them and she began to rush me off the phone stating "sir you clearly don't know the difference so I'm telling you now" and "I don't have time for this so I have to go" and hung up on me! What kind of sketchy business is this place running?! I'm pretty sure I'm never going to see my package again. If Naser and Assel treated me the way they did, how many other people do they do this to or how many other customers do they rudely chase away?! Avoid this UPS Store by all means! Look for another location to ship your packages through. You'll have more luck finding better customer service and talking to a more competent professional staff, not some half wits who tried to tell me UPS has nothing to do with other UPS'! read more

- Usually never comment but this time I feel the need to. I am almost a daily customer and Naser (The worker that is always there) is always so helpful. He may have a serious face but he goes above and beyond for his customers! Many other customers seem to have a problem or question how there is a one dollar service charge if the customer brings in an open package. Look at it this way, nothing is free in life. A dollar per package from each customer goes a long way lets be real. If a customer really gets triggered over a dollar charge, then just simply buy your own tape! Pretty sure a dollar wouldn't break you. If a customer has money to spend on online sopping, then why do you cheap out when returning the package, LOL. The dollar is a service charge, time is money and business is business, no need to get feisty over a buck, it just makes you look bad/cheap. - I so happened to be at the store when one customer was demanding to get his package. I mean, being completely nasty to the guy working at UPS (his name is Naser), there was a line of customers so a lot of people saw what went down. The customer originally said that the package was delivered to Naser's store. Naser checked to see if he had the package in the system but clearly did not have it. He mentioned it to the customer and he went off saying "this is unbelievable, how do you not have my package" and got quit aggressive and foul mouthed! Obviously Naser got irritated because the customer was calling him a liar, rude, etc. Naser still went out of his way to call UPS and ask about that guys package. What people don't understand is that the UPS Store and UPS (Warehouse) are completely different. The UPS (warehouse) had his package and turns out that that customer was indecisive when he called UPS (Warehouse) saying that he wants the package diverted to his house, called again saying "nevermind" he wanted it diverted back to the store, then called UPS (Warehouse) AGAIN, saying that he wants it sent to his house. - Basically, this guy thinks that he is the king or something and that UPS do not have other things to deal with besides this guy. UPS (Warehouse) was fed up with him because he was demanding thing left and right so they called Naser and told him that if the guy (customer) wants his package, then to come and pick it up from the warehouse since he's in such a rush. How childish! I mean, the other customers and myself waiting in line even understood that the package was NOT at the UPS Store. - Anyways, to conclude this lengthy review, Naser is great. The splendid things that he does at the store for his customers are always much appreciated. Give this guy a raise or something!! read more

Extremely nice, helpful and efficient. I come to this location at least once a week for my business needs and I'm always greeted warmly. For the reviewer that complained about the dollar charge for the tape, this is a shipping business, why would you expect not to be charged for a service? Even the post office sells tape. You may return your items to Amazon through a UPS store but the UPS store franchise owner has nothing to do with Amazon. They are just a drop off location. Even Amazon tells you to package your own items before shipping it back to them. Parking much easier at this location than in the Metuchen location since there's a parking lot. read more

I had the worst customer service experience ever here. The young girl behind the counter told me that my packages needed to be sealed before bringing them to UPS but that she could do it for me for a fee. I said that I would pay the fee but when we got to a more "involved" package said she didn't want to pack it for me (even though initially she said they provided that service and I said I would pay). She was beyond rude to me, carried on like a petulant child and then told me that when I left she was going to hold my packages, and not return them to Amazon so that I would not get my refund. An older man then got involved-was shouting at me and tried to intimidate me. I ended up having to call the police to ensure that she voided the transactions so that I could go to another UPS location and return my items to Amazon. It was horrifying. read more

The UPS Stores are a dime a dozen but this store is definitely a needle in a haystack. The store manager, Naser, makes my life so much easier. I am truly at peace of mind whenever I drop off my packages to this store. Not only that but I was educated on signing up for UPS mychoice, something I never would have done before. UPS mychoice allows all my packages to be delivered to the UPS store, rather than my home. This is so convenient because I am usually not home when packages arrive and always end up missing the packages and then have to track it down. The place in perfectly located in a nice mall next to Stop&Shop, Wells Fargo, Taco Bell and so many other places I go to run all my errands. They are even open on Saturdays which is a huge help. And if I ever have a question, I just call in and bang! Naser answers the phone right away and answers my questions. He is really nice and kind and works super hard. I definitely recommend going to this UPS store for all your shipping needs. read more

My job mostly uses the Post Office, but when we do choose to ship via UPS, we use this location. Naser is awesome; much more friendly than the guy who used to run this location. The store closes 6:30PM weekdays, but UPS Ground pickup cut-off is at 6PM. It's conveniently located in Inman Plaza, which always has plenty of parking. read more
